What this is, is doing away with the militant Green Zone in the US Capitol. Washington City at the core should mirror the Forbidden City of Peking, where the rulers dwelt in security. These flimsy walls which are going up around the Capitol are not fitting for a green environmental city under His Excellency Joe Biden.
What Washington or Green City requires are further executive orders in the following.
EO 1 -1 Joe Biden will be referred to as His Excellency and those who do not honor him with the title will be jailed and fined for 10 years and 10,000 dollars.
EO 1 - 2 For the security of Washington City. it's name will be changed to Green City, and walls 100 feet high, lined with solar panels and topped with wind towers will be mandated. Every 1000 feet Speaker Pelosi will have Quad 4 anti aircraft guns mounted for security.
Mines will be laid and no one will be allowed into Green City without a green card. The Green Card will only be available to political, military and intelligence officials. All staff will meet by virtual conference outside the city in a land called the Outer Limits.
EO 1 - 3 Greater Green City, will be evacuated to residences in Maryland. The housing will then be transferred to 2 million military personnel called up for proper security of Green City and the Outer Limits.
EO 1 - 4 Green City having military members only in the District will be defined as the 51st state, and as these are soldiers, the commanding General will appoint their votes to 2 nominated Senators and Representatives from the Pentagon to serve in Congress.
EO 1- 5 The FBI will with Homeland hire an additional 50 million agents each to provide surveillance on every American.
EO 1 - 6 Speaker Pelosi will have her gavel replaced with a George Washington "walking scepter" to rule over the United States House.
EO 1 - 7 All Americans are banned from entry into Green City and the Outer Limits. All those found without the necessary implanted chips will be defined as a terrorist and shot on sight.
E0 1 - 8 All vehicles will be banned from Green City, which will have grass streets, except for His Excellency Joe Biden, Speaker Pelosi and key security and intelligence officials. All other transportation will be mandated through subways or electric rails.
