With the most esteemed Merrick Garland about to become the Attorney General of the United States, it would seem that SDNY has been sitting on a case for decades and when new information has arisen, SDNY has been sitting on the case further.
The case is the one of Malcolm Little who upon touching teachings of Brother Elijah Muhammed, became a Muslim, and in saving the conspiracy talk, found himself murdered.
The problem in this is a NYPD police officer has confessed that he was pressured to frame Malcolm's security guards, who were then arrested, which left the door open literally for whatever Lee Harvey Oswald happened to be James Earl Ray enough to Sirhan Sirhan get scapegoated for it.
“I believe that there will be ultimately be a clash between the oppressed and those who do the oppressing. I believe that there will be a clash between those who want freedom, justice and equality for everyone and those who want to continue the system of exploitation. I believe that there will be that kind of clash, but I don't think it will be based on the color of the skin...”
As SDNY seems to have too much time on it's hands, should not the new Attorney General, respond to the Black and Muslim communities in actually open the FBI files in their role in this death. Merritt Garland is supposed to be restoring trust in the DOJ, a DOJ that has just spent over 5 years covering up the framing of Donald Trump and a host of others, along with the murder of Seth Rich.
We have witnessed Director Wray stonewall Congress. We have witnessed Bill Barr run cover. We have seen John Durham punt the ball till after the election and people with high crimes get off scot free.
From the murder of Malcolm X, to now, we have been taught to believe that the FBI and DOJ surely could have instigated the death of this Black leader.
Raymond Wood’s letter stated that he had been pressured by his NYPD supervisors to lure two members of Malcolm X’s security detail into committing crimes that resulted in their arrest just days before the fatal shooting. Those arrests kept the two men from managing door security at the ballroom and was part of conspiracy between the NYPD and FBI to have Malcolm killed, according to the letter.
“Under the direction of my handlers, I was told to encourage leaders and members of the civil rights groups to commit felonious acts,”
All of this FBI and NYPD looks a great deal like the set up of MAGA on January 6th, and again, there is the FBI hunting down Americans, and the DOJ charging people in the set up. None of us though expect Merrick Garland to do the right thing, after all, he accepted a job from Joe Biden, who was corrupting the office of Vice President for bribes, prostituting his own pedo son Hunter as the bagman.
It is difficult to believe in voting for Joe Biden, that Merrick Garland in working for Joe Biden, is going to give closure to the Black Muslim community and the family of Malcolm Little
The Lame Cherry though does join with the Black community in demanding that Merrick Garland make all the files to Malcolm X public. None of us expect Justice any more, but it would be a change for the Truth to be told the public.
