Blaming Russia is one thing, but the Times is reporting the Departemtn of Defense is about to unleash CYBER ATTACKS on Russia in mass. That is an act of war. I will repeat that, Joe Biden has just unleashed the Defense Department to attack Russian computer networks. This is not about spying, this is about destruction.
