Alec Baldwin's Woke is not Murder

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

Well the theory that someone on the set of Rust had it in for Alec Baldwin appears to be fading as the only probable answer to Alec Baldwin murdering an innocent woman, as what is appearing beyond the nutty comments of Alec Baldwin, are a trace on where these live CARTRIDGES manifested from.

I'm going to be a stickler on this for facts in CORRECT WORDS. Alec Baldwin and George Stephanopolous both liberally used the word BULLETS. Bullets are only one component of a CARTRIDGE.

A bullet can not do anything, without a casing, a primer and powder. All these components make up a cartridge, just as in shotguns, the primer, case, powder, wad and shot make up the SHELL.

Baldwin and Stephanopolous saying bullets is like saying, "The person was killed in tire crash when it was an automobile crash.

A recent search warrant seems to have come with some important information, but few answers.

A new search warrant filed Tuesday reveals who supplied the guns and ammo for the movie, including the gun Alec Baldwin fired during rehearsal, killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injuring director Joel Souza. The supplier was a film prop business called PDQ Arm & Prop, LLC.

The search warrant indicates the live ammunition of the set of “Rust” might have originated with Thell Reed, father of “Rust” armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed.

The filing indicates Thell Reed, who is also an armorer, did not intentionally provide the live rounds, but ammunition he brought to an earlier, separate production might have made its way to the set, by way of Seth Kenney, owner of PDQ Arm & Prop, LLC.

Thell Reed told investigators a few months ago, he and Kenney were working together and were part of firearms training with the actors.

Kenney asked Reed to bring “live ammunition.”

When production ended, Thell said Kenney took the ammo and after several attempts to get it back, he told Thell to quote “write it off.”

The new damning twist in this is that ACTORS and ACTRESSES on another movie set, were being trained in firearm use. After the training, the cartridges were for sloppy reasons, mixed with dummy rounds.

This point must be understood, in there are live rounds, dummy rounds and blanks. Dummy rounds look just like live rounds. Blanks are crimped on the end and can not be mistaken for life or dummy rounds. Somewhere in this a mix up occurred. Think of this like a 4th of July party, where people bring their own beer, and after the last fireworks, the empties are trashed, and the full bottles are still in their six packs or cases. Some people do not bring home a bottle or four, so they remain and someone picks them up to clean up, and as no one is going to haul home 3 bottles in a six pack of Miller, 2 bottles in a case of Budweiser etc... but as the full bottles are added, maybe there is a 24 pack of mixed beer.

Yes you can tell different beer by the bottles or cans, but with cartridges of the same caliber someone in order to fill out a box, by accident added some live rounds with dummy rounds, as inspection was not that close and a mistake was made.

Ammo now for 45 Long Colt is around 50 dollars a box of 50 for cheap rounds. It does not take long for anyone to burn through 50 rounds of ammo. Get a half dozen actors and trainers shooting and 500 rounds are gone through quickly.  It takes a great deal of money to supply this kind of shooting and that kind of skimping has people not returning ammo and in changing hands ammo can get mixed up.

In this, there were 3 professionals and ammunition was passed at least 5 times. It appears in this trust that Thell Reed assumed he was receiving "factory ammo" from Seth Kenney who had opened boxes which were salted with live rounds, and of course the daughter on the set of Rust, believed her father provided her legitimate rounds.

I would revisit the daughter hinting that she thought someone had did this deliberately in opening the safe where the ammo was stored with guns between takes.

The Thell's are professionals. They had no idea they had live rounds coming to them in dummy boxes.

Who is not professional is Alec Baldwin, who blamed the girl and then ran for his life, using the dead woman's family as his human shield. Baldwin has surfaced again though in ABC and uttered this absolute nonsense.

"Well, the trigger wasn't pulled," Baldwin said, "I didn't pull the trigger."

"So you never pulled the trigger?" Stephanopolous asked.

"No, no," Baldwin said. "I would never point a gun and pull that trigger at them. Never."

Alec Baldwin's new defense is the he did not pull the trigger. Baldwin has gone complete woke in being anti gun in, people don't kill people, only guns kill people.

The Lame Cherry will review again the operation of a Colt 45. The Colt 45 is a single action revolver. A revolver is so named because the cylinder where the cartridges are loaded, rotates or revolves to feed a live round to line up with the chamber and the firing pin or hammer.

In order to fire a Colt 45, it has to be mechanically cocked by the hammer which rotate the cylinder where the six cartridges are loaded into.

You could pull the trigger on a Colt 45 until you broke your finger or the gun, and it still would not fire. The Colt 45 only fires when the hammer is cocked.

This is why it is so absolutely ridiculous in what Alec Baldwin is telling wokesters in he never pulled the trigger. This revolver could not fire unless Alec Baldwin cocked it. Balwin appears to be either cracking up under pressure or is of course trying to blame the gun.

Again, Alec Baldwin took this revolver. Alec Baldwin put his revolver into a holster on his person. Alec Baldwin drew this revolver from it's holster several times aiming it. This revolver was not cocked when it was handed to Alec Baldwin. No one else touched this revolver when it was in his possession, so Alec Baldwin put his thumb on the hammer, and pulled it back, cocking the pistol.

Cocking a Colt 45 is not something which can go unnoticed. There is a stiff spring to force the hammer to fall so a cartridge will fire. There is resistance in the hammer. There is the cylinder which is rotating. There are metallic clicking taking place as the cylinder moves and seats and the sear which the hammer rests against and "breaks" when the trigger is pulled.

The reality is Alec Baldwin in his fiction is hiding now behind he did not pull the trigger. That makes absolutely no difference as he pointed that gun at people and Alec Baldwin COCKED THE HAMMER. That is his responsibility. This is, as an example, like Alec Baldwin starting a car, putting it into gear, getting out and then claiming the car ran over a child and he had nothing to do with it.

It appears that this Seth Kenney is negligent, but if he has people working for him, none of this is deliberate, it was negligent yes, but it is a real world and accidents do happen.

It is though a different matter with Alec Baldwin. He had a gun. He never checked the gun. He was drawing a gun and Alec Baldwin cocked a gun and pointed it at people.Pulling a gun, cocking a gun, pointing a gun at people has violated 3 of the 4 safety rules about firearms in YOU NEVER POINT A GUN AT ANYTHING THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO KILL. It makes little difference if Alec Baldwin now created a fiction that he never pulled the trigger, because he did three other actions which should never have been violated. It is why you do not point guns at anything you do not mean to destroy.

If Alec Baldwin had not pulled that gun, the woman murdered would be alive.

If Alec Baldwin had not cocked the gun, the woman murdered would be alive.

If Alec Baldwin had not pointed that gun at a woman, the woman murdered would be alive.

It takes an entire cartridge to shoot someone, just as it takes Alec Baldwin to violate three of the four rules in firearm safety to murder someone. Violating the first 3 rules does not matter if rule 4 is violated as rule 4 in negligence just waiting to happen.

When one has George Clooney a dripping wokester lecturing Alex Baldwin on gun safety, even liberals know that Alec Baldwin did this and what he did is murder, as certain as Ashli Babbitt was murdered.

Alec Baldwin needs to be indicted by the State of New Mexico and placed on a witness stand so a jury can hear his ridiculous claims and counter claims. Is Alec Baldwin guilty of Murder 1? No, but he is hovering around Murder 3 or Manslaughter 1.

If Alec Baldwin, went into the bathroom of the woman who was murdered, and she was taking a bath, and he plugged in his cell phone, held it over her tub and it dropped in the water and electrocuted her, and  Baldwin claimed he did not drop the phone, that is bogus as gravity does not fall up and cocked hammers most certainly fall down.

The dog ate my homework is Alec Baldwin's defense. This is not an explanation which diffuses Alec Baldwin's actions in cocking that Colt 45's hammer.
