They know me by my Keyboard

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

I noticed something today after the dead brother episode, that I think I might be spending too much time on the obituary site, because when I posted sympathies for others, it went to automatic acceptance of my comments.

It is not that I'm a lurker or this necro stuff appeals to me, even if I'm President Nominee of the Necrosapien Cemetery. It is just that it is astounding to me in the numbers of people I know or whose family members I went to school with have died. The rate seems double that of when the mother died on Black Friday three years ago.

It used to be death was a seasonal thing. You had the geezers and sick people dying after a cold spell entering winter or they hung on to spring and then gave up the ghost. Now there are just piles of dead people. Barely took a week and my brother was off the front page so I had to scroll to page 2.

Today's dead that I knew were from when I was a child. The one guy ran a service station and was bigger than the service station. The woman was someone who took us roller skating once for Church. I went to school with her son and he kind of did not turn out so good. I heard it was drugs. I will have to ask around, but I know he was listed at the bottom of the kids list and he was the 3rd child.

I suspect most of you if you did the obits would notice lots more people dying. I had no idea I was such a correspondent regular, but it helps the families to see people cared enough to write something. I was surprised in the brother's obits that two girls from school posted. One remembered him and her husband had just died this year, and the other knew my dead sister and still was sad about her dying so young.

That is why you enjoy Christ and this Christmas with focusing on Christ and not the shit of this world, because there is going to be a whole lot more of this picking up steam into 2023 AD in the year of our Lord if I witnessed the correct time line.

Is odd in this burying the dead with words, how much it means to people. I'm one of those people who now has an automatic pass on posting things on obit sites, because they know me.
