He stated that if Russia was fired upon, that Russia would remove those leaders in Ukraine who were escalating this war. Biden in his wokesters set this up to make Russia react exactly as it did. Russia was painted into a corner and Russia reacted as the cartel intended, and the Ukrainian Nazi gamble is to humiliate Russia in Ukraine and then have NATO use Ukraine to carve up Russia, beginning with cutting of Putin's head.
Those are the facts in Ukraine, but President Putin was engaged in something else in educating the West of his intentions leading up to Ukraine.

The Kremlin will launch a massive first strike on America and the Ukraine allies, and Russia has planned to survive the American response, as Vladimir Putin took Russian oil revenues and created underground cities for Russians to live in with nuclear bombs falling on Russia.
There is not going to be any graduated steps in this. Vladimir Putin has stated that Ukraine and Georgia can not be used as weapons to conquer Russia, and if those weapons are made to degrade Russia for a coming break up as in the Soviet Union, Russia will launch thousands of nuclear warheads to end conventional warfare. This will be a nuclear war which Russia and China will win. Russia has shelters. China has numbers to have 500 million Chinamen dead and still win in having 750 million Chinese still alive to fight. It is the United States and the West who took Reagan's Star Wars and then refused to make a policy of Americans surviving a nuclear war in having shelters, as the intent like with Fauci's plague is for Americans to die, just as Jan6 made Americans political prisoners.
Russia if Dictator Biden keeps arming Ukraine in this liberation will counterattack with nuclear weapons in the United States. This clock is ticking, this nuclear gun is loaded.
