I no longer watch or follow any professional sports. Their being turned against the people who pay their salaries is just a turn of this worm in the psychological rape of the American nation. All of this began with the racism of Dennis Greene of the Minnesota Vikings in plugging and playing black coaches for his Super Bowl Negro dream of a black coach and black team winning.
Dennis Greene was a very good coach. He played though the percentages for success, but having winning seasons would not produce a playoff winning team.
The Vikings were shattered after his firing as the racism embalmed that franchise.
This inert racism spread in appealing to millionaire Afroid prima donas who signed on under the :Take the Knee in protesting monopolies which made them rich in robbing their poor fans.
All of this permeated from top to bottom in Deferred Action Against Caucasians which was NFL policy. It was from the top down in these woke ideologies which were never going to work on a business projection. One can not make profits if your agenda is to promote one race over another, when the money flowing in depends on the team winning, so that hype generates these billion dollar monopolies. What it generated was losers. All of these sports franchises are dealing with a finite number of humans who can excel at a position. Out of thousands of college kids hoping to be a professional athlete, only a few hundred a year actually mkae the mark, and of that number maybe 1 a year is a super star. There is a reason stars are few and why fewer coaches have consistent winning programs.
This brings us to a coach named Brian Flores. When I saw the name, I thought this was the guy who replaced John Madden at the Oakland Raiders who was successful in Tom Flores. This guy though is an Afroid, who bought into the institutionalized NFL racism, in accusing thee entire NFL of racism and naming two Caucasians, one of which the owner of the Miami Dophines of bribing Flores 100,000 dollars a game to lose them.
Considering that the Dolphins owner was paying millions of dollars in salaries to win games. The story of a 100,000 dollar bribe to the coach, who really does not have a great deal of impact as in games the assistant coaches are the ones calling plays and not the head coach.
Accusing an owner of throwing games, is in throwing games a crime, even in a monopoly. This would get a franchise taken away as much as the DOJ prosecuting, which is why the Dolphins owner is considering a lawsuit against his former coach.
This is a klusterfuck which none of the employees want to get involved in. If you back the coach, you admit to taking part in a crime. If you back the owners, then you are a racist and a target of the BLM.
Flores, the former coach of the Dolphins, filed a class-action lawsuit against the NFL and its 32 teams this week, alleging racial discrimination. In the suit, he accused Elway of being late and appearing “disheveled” to his 2019 head-coaching interview.
“While I was not planning to respond publicly to the false and defamatory claims by Brian Flores, I could not be silent any longer with my character, integrity and professionalism being attacked,” Elway said in a statement released Thursday morning.
Dolphins owner Stephen Ross, in response to allegations that he bribed Flores $100,000 per loss to tank games, also used the word “defamatory” — suggesting there could be counter-litigation looming.

The odd things they think happened, become a stigma and it festers in them, when they are not real, and the next thing you have is woke lawyers smelling money from deluded wokesters, file lawsuits over things which Stormy Daniels did not happen.
The record of Flores coaching was 49% winning. His first season was horrid. His second season was acceptable, but his 3rd season had no direction in ending 9 - 8. After this he was fired with two years on his contract.
In his first season as a head coach, Flores led the Dolphins to a 5–11 record, finishing 5–4 after beginning the season 0–7, and 4th/last place in the AFC East.

The fact is Flores rode on the success of Patriots head coach Bill Bilecheck and quarterback Tom Brady. There are no secrets in winning superstars in professional sports. It all comes down to making players perform to win making their plays. That is who superstars are created. In the NFL you have to make your blocks consistently and if you do that you start winning games.
There is not any woke magic in this. It is about getting millionaires of low IQ to make plays each time the ball is snapped and not be a Randy Moss of the Hall of Fame who took plays off and Chris Carter was making the plays so Moss would look good. Moss was a creation of Dennis Greene and this wokeism and Brian Flores is an adequate coach, who did well under a successful coach, but could not rise to the elite level of winners, so he was fired. For this he now claims it was White on Black racism, when in fact it was Brian Flores not like most people being up to the job.
Most of the wins in the NFL are held by a few teams an few coaches. Most of the losses are by many teams and many coaches. For every Don Shula of the Dolphins there are hundreds of failures who return back to college teams or take up selling insurance.
This wokeism is a disease and it has infected by design the Afroids as they look for racial excuses rather than the reality that they do not measure up by doing what it takes to get the job done. This blog for example does not write itself. Most bloggers give up as they do not want to work and people do not pay attention to the drivel they are posting. Success comes from effort beyond what all else are engaged in. You still might not be successful with all of that, but if time limits do not limit, then by wearing your others, you will emerge with success. There is not any secret to success that is lasting. If you are the of the top ranks, you have worked for it and all obstacles have been shattered by you, without your making any excuses.
