This President nominee, popular girl, does not reach out a great deal to the public as in most instances it is a complete waste of time. I desire though to share a most informative and kind response from the German bund, over an article published here.

“Human Augmentation – The Dawn of a New Paradigm. A strategic implications project”
Instead of just accusing governments of things, I invested the time to gain insight as to what was taking place in Germany and the following is their reply. Interestingly, the Finns and Swedes were interested in this paper on enhanced soldiers.
We are very pleased that our study has attracted your interest. The study presents the state of research in this field and what developments can be derived from these research approaches for society as a whole and for defence in particular. We asked ourselves in which areas of life human augmentation could play a role in the future. With this study, we aim to provide objective information on the topic and stimulate a discourse on how or whether human augmentation technologies should be used in the future. For us, this includes the need to discuss in detail the advantages, but also the dangers that can arise from human augmentation.
The study "Human Augmentation - Dawn of a new Paradigm" was created in cooperation with the British DCDC (Developments, Concepts and Doctrine Center) and the Swedish (FOI) and Finnish (FDRA) defense institutes. On the German side, only parts of the BODP from Berlin were involved. There was no participation from the U.S. side, neither from the Norfolk branch nor from U.S. research institutions such as DARPA. There was also no collaboration with non-governmental organizations or individuals.
Particularly for the preparation of the overview of the current state of research on the technologies, but also for the chapters on law and ethics, we used freely available research from around the world, including the United States. These sources can be followed up in the bibliography.

The German military has always excelled from the early Hermann days in defeating the Roman Empire, throughout the ages. In the study of World War II, this blog has proven that if the Panzer tank had a tread which was 2 feet wider, the Panzer would not have been stuck in the Russian rasputitsa or mud. That would have meant the Wehrmacht would have crushed Stalingrad and Moscow before the Stalin defenses could be built, and Germans would have been in the warmth of the cities and not 60 below trenches. Rails would have brought supplies to the Germans and Stalin would have been like the Czar, pushed behind the Urals.
With this Japan would have attacked Russia from the east, and American supply from FDR would not have lend leased the communist butchers to their salvation. Normandy would have crushed the allies as much as Italy, as the German divisions facing the Russians would have been in the West.
So much for Churchill's war and FDR's world domination disguised as patriotism
The future of Europe will depend on their Christian numbers being enhanced by robotics. The nation which reaches that advancement first will be the people that sets world policy for the 22nd century in space and beyond.
