Sean Penn does not comprehend real warfare in any form. He has not examined what Russia's order of battle is and the reasoning behind Moscow.
The reality is, Ukraine's military vanquished by Russian air power a few years ago and defeated by the Donbass volunteers. Those factors have not shifted, save the fact that the Russian air force has not engaged in Ukraine. The Ukrainian military has been defeated by Russian ground and missile force alone.
This must not be overlooked in Russia has won constantly, even though Ukraine was supplied by terror weapons and Western technology and coordination. Ukraine has all what it needs and it can not win, because no one in Ukraine is willing to fight.
The sole success Ukraine had a was a terror attack across the border into Russia on a energy storage area. That attack was only helpful to Russia, as lack of energy does not hurt Russia. Lack of oil and gas hurts the Europeans that Ukraine is appealing to.
This Zellinskyy is not a leader. He invests more time in video propaganda and meeting with Sean Penn or appearing before gatherings of non fighters, meaning Congress, Parliament and Hollywood. That does not win even a propaganda war as Zellinskyy lies all the time. General George Washington could continuously retreat before the British in defeat as the Continental Congress had one thing in time on it's hands. Washington scored a major victory against Hessian mercenaries for propaganda purposes, but there is not going to be any surprises for Russia by Ukraine. The minute Ukraine attempted such a feat, Russia would respond with coordinated rocket attacks and wipe out the Ukrainians.

Ukrainian "victories", save for the one airfield outside of Kiev in February, have been either Russian withdrawals or Russian feints to draw Ukraine out. If Ukraine was "winning" anything, there would not be millions of refugees pouring out of Ukraine to the West. Those are the facts.
For General Penn, Ukraine needed a command and control. Ukraine had none. Perhaps if Ukraine was not selling her girls to be whores or bribing the Biden mafia, Zellinskyy might have had some semblance of a military to maul Russia, but Ukrainian forces have fled from the start, hid in key cities and then when Russia desired that city as in Maripol, Russia slaughtered the Nazis and rescued the civilian human shields.
Ukraine is not capable, even less so than Chechnya to perform a victory against Moscow. Ukraine is not Afghanistan nor Vietnam where terrain was an asset. Ukraine does not have a motivated nationalist majority or a majority of peasants who are anti Russian. In short, Zellinskyy is not going to tunnel underground with his hosts and counter attack Russia, as Ukraine does not possess a fighting spirit to freeze their feet off at Valley Forge.
In a telling map of Ukraine, Russia never intended to control the entire area. Russia stayed out of the farming regions and only took the oil regions. The map below has Belarus to the north. Russia controls the Black Sea to the south. Russia has a land buffer of pro Russian areas in the east. This is what winning looks like.
Romania will not allow Ukrainian forces to operate on its borders neither will Hungary. The Poles are whores to NATO and will produce and effort, but they will be made to suffer by Russia as much as NATO.
Ukraine is landlocked. That makes Ukraine a non producing agricultural area, an area without oil and a tarbaby of welfare state status bleeding the West dry. Ukraine is a mafia criminal enterprise. When all resources are gone as they are at present, all Ukraine will have left are criminal enterprises to steal money out of the West to fund.
Ukraine will in time fall and it will fall on the stumbling block of the United States which has been set up for a fall from this moment in history one.
