The Lame Cherry is not going to invest a great deal of time explaining this, but is simply going to explain cause and effect or how a projection is likely.
President Vladimir Putin stated that all Russian energy will have to be paid in Rubles. India has agreed to an exchange rate like this. The Europeans went legal on Russia and Russia and Germany spoke on the phone and what was "thought to have been agreed to" was Russia would continue accepting payment in Euros and Dollars. That is what Germany heard. Russia heard that the Euros would be converted in Russian banks to Rubles. Germany did not hear that.

However, in a call with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on Wednesday, Putin said European companies could continue paying for gas supplies in euros or dollars.
The money will be paid into Gazprom Bank and transferred in rubles to Russia, German broadcaster Deutsche Well reported.
Scholz did not agree to this procedure in the talks but asked for written information to better understand the proposal, according to the report.
What the Lame Cherry has heard in this is what Chancellor Sebastian Kurz was initiating. Europe can not be held hostage to Russian energy. Europe can not depend on American ships delivering gas and oil as Biden has shut off American production.
Thee only remedy for Europe is an anti Christ coming to power and with Germany, France and Italy, launching a securing operation in Libya for North African oil. Europe will then have it's own energy supply.
This will have to include Spain and France in Morocco and Algeria in the West, Italy and France in Libya and Italy and Germany securing Egypt. This will then contain Russia in the Mediterranean.
That is the logical projection in this as Germany is hearing one thing and Russia another thing. The only available supplies are Norway and Libya. Before Russia and China annex North African oil, Europe will have to move.
