The second move is what this examination is about in China is moving it's largest naval flotilla in history to Japan, specifically at American operations centers there in Nagasaki. Nagasaki is most adept as it was the location of America's second atomic attack upon Imperial Japan. In one operation, China is reminding Japan of what America did, and what China is going to do to Japan with atomic weapons, if Japan keeps backing the United States.
This reveals more ingenuity than has been in China since the Chin became it's racist masters.

Japan's mistake was not prosecuting the war to take Australia and the taking of Hawaii. The Aleutians were a mistake and cost Japan.
China appears to understand that cutting American land bridges in Australia and Japan will cause American outposts to fall in South Korea, Philippines, Guam and the real prize of Hawaii.
The movement of the PLA Navy to Nagasaki is a message that the war will come to Japan. This is logical strategy as Fukushima housed the Japanese unassembled atomic bombs. China acquiring Fukushima would have to only assemble 1500 thermo nuclear warheads to obliterate all American Naval forces which could ever be a threat to China.

China’s aircraft carrier “Liaoning,” as well as seven other vessels, are reportedly performing a naval expedition in close proximity to Nagasaki, Japan, and the U.S. Navy base at Sasebo, according to a Tuesday report from China’s Observer News translated by the Daily Caller News Foundation. The USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier is also in the vicinity, according to the report.
This Chinese carrier group is not a threat. China has little projection. What the threat is, is that China understands who to defeat the United States in the Pacific, and that means China knows how to defeat the United States by marching over land into the Mideast. That means that Russia understands that to defeat NATO, Russia should be moving to the Mideast to link with China, to drive America out, and then wheel to deal with Europe, specifically Russia would obliterate thee American land bridge of England, just as China is moving in the Pacific on Australia and Japan.
China is not going to fight the way the Pentagon is planning strategy. The . United States and NATO have 3 pieces on the global board. Japan, Australia and England. China and Russia appear to understand that taking those pieces conquers Asia and Europe, leaving America locked behind the Pacific and Atlantic oceans.
America is vulnerable as it's fixed bases can not be moved. The Russians and Chinese will move on them and remove them, leaving America fixed in place to be dispatched.
