Psalm 108
4 For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds.
5 Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: and thy glory above all the earth;
6 That thy beloved may be delivered: save with thy right hand, and answer me.
You could read the above as:
For God's deliverance is without end and His making certain that the right outcome prevails is perpetual.
God is above all and controls everything for the Christian in Faith. His accomplishments are wonderful.
All of these attributes of God prevail so that His redeemed will be brought through to victory in every situation they face. By God's own Hands will He save and God hears His redeemed.
Your part is to put God first. To trust Him and know that God prevails every time.
I had a few setbacks in broken parts and a blown tire, but I kept going and into the next day, God had me back in town to pick up some items which He had gathered there for me in answer to a prayer that week. I had been praying about this stuff for years, but God decided now was the time and I was there through adversity to receive what I prayed.
Just keep the Faith even when you think it is a disaster. God will make things work out the best for you as He did Joseph when his brothers tried to murder him and sold him into slavery. The results sometimes are instant and sometimes they take years, but do not doubt as God is going to accomplish things to the last period for you, if you are His redeemed.
