It is no longer going to rain. Rain is going to deluge. Storms will concentrate. Storms will be cyclones that do not move but sit over locations and just rain for days. Gone are going to be the lovely summer thunderstorms of wind, rain and lightning with rainbows are starry skies after 30 minutes of refreshing ion diffusion. 

This is weaponized weather against humans. There are not any more natural weather patterns than the world has an economy which functions on supply and demand. You are going to have to mould yourself to dealing with the weather.
