I once attending college career days, accosted a dumb fuck Army Sgt. recruiter who said I needed a college degree to fly a jet. I asked him why I had to have a degree, because history proved that America's greatest pilots from Chuck Yeager to Jimmy Doolittle never even went to college.
This fuck just glared at me. He had no answer, but it is a reality of how shit for brains the military is.
This goes into the current problem in this college educated world of idiots. Qualifications to fly military jets are ridiculous. Look at the Army which has waved basic training for those fat, disgusting genders to put them into combat. They can't even throw a grenade. The only thing they are qualified for is pervert sex in the foxhole. Double entendre meant.

To be clear, the Air and Space Forces are not setting quotas based on race or gender. We will, however, focus intensely and concentrate our efforts in traditionally underserved communities. It wouldn’t be legal or productive to hold recruiters accountable for bringing in a certain number of recruits from various demographic groups. But if we see that we’re not hitting recruiting targets that mirror the qualified population in those categories, we will adjust to concentrate on areas where we can get a more representative balance in our applicant pool. To use a fishing analogy, recruiters must not only cast a wide net but ensure we are spending time in the right fishing holes.
And by measuring those targets, we’ll employ the old management axiom that what gets measured gets done. And we’ll get it done.
While we are meeting or exceeding nearly all demographic targets in our enlisted ranks, inside our cockpits is where we have the greatest disparities and opportunities for improvement. In all, 86 percent of our aviators are white males. Less than 3 percent of our fighter pilots are females.
It is obvious that the Air Force needs flying wombs, even if we do not look at men and women the same any more. There is only one thing better than flying wombs, and that is flying lesbians, pedophiles and other sex creatures who get their cocks cut off and a slit for a cunt installed.
What the US Air Force needs to do is go into those prisons which house like 3 million plus criminals that democrats want to set free. The solution is that the US Air Force just needs to sign up all those future pilots in prison. Yes sign up gender pedophiles and they don't need no degrees, don't need no training, don't need anything. Just sign them up, make them all generals, put them into cunt pits, as we can not have those terms used of cock pits as it means male dominance, and put them into combat.
America will have more pilots than it needs. Put these new pilots into the cunt pits of the airlines. Let them fly plane loads of passengers and make sure they are safe in wearing Fauci masks.
The USAF has responded to the challenge by eliminating prior flight training as a “plus” on pilot selection. They found that such training favored applicants who could afford private flight lessons. It has also announced that it intends to reduce the number of white officers from 80% to 67.5%.
See we need to equal things up, no training for everyone. The only thing which I would give some some leeway with is, that if a Caucasian male, would take some pigment pills and have his nuts cut off, then he could become a woman in the US Air Force and solve this percentage problem. I think the Pentagon could just order the pilots they have to be neutered and put some black shoe polish in the showers and that would solve the immediate problem.
This is easy to solve as you can see. For that matter, let's do what England does with nuclear subs and just hire pilots from other countries. I bet there are lots of pilots in China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, lots of places that rightfully hate America as Barack Obama apologized for, and we can just put them into American fighter planes and in commercial flights. Just look at the bang up job those Muslim pilots did on September 11th a few years back. Just were in little Cessna planes and went to flying them big heavy jets like they were .........John Glenn flying them space capsules.
Let us all support the US military in giving them the kind of people they are looking for.
