The Lame Cherry has always appreciated the diplomatic skills of Dr. Henry Kissinger. It should be noted that the world has now arrived at the reality, which Dr. Kissinger attempted to produce early in 2022 AD in the year of our Lord, when he was castigated by the cartel in Europe over Ukraine and forced to silence until the latter part of that year.

It is of interest what Dr. Kissinger is progressing again, because with the help of NATO in the holocaust of Slavs in Ukraine, Russia has obliterated the Ukranazi army in the south in Donbass. What Russia accomplished in 9 months was the complete dismantling of the NATO fortifications which were designed to defeat Russia. Russia has not just defeated the fortifications, Russia has shattered the Ukraine armed forces, with all of their high tech American software, which has almost wiped out NATO stockpiles.

Russia is winning in Ukraine. Russia appears to be on the verge of unleashing Belarus in western and north Ukraine to cut off land supply lines from Poland into Kiev and to threaten Kiev into submission with the Jew Zellinskyy in exile.

The fact at the base of all of this, is, if the genius of this Jewish diplomat Henry Kissinger had been leading Ukraine or the US efforts, what was being sought would have been done so without this catastrophe which is seeing Europe invaded by millions of Slavs it can not care for.

Dr. Kissinger reveals what is the process in this in his group at the cartel. This is strategic changes to be built upon, and forming a new structure in Europe to have peace through negotiations.

The short translation is, US weapons are not working and Russia is about to topple Kiev, so it is time to negotiate to buy time to accomplish on paper what the stooges of MI6 London in thee American patsies have failed at.

But the time is approaching to build on the strategic changes which have already been accomplished and to integrate them into a new structure towards achieving peace through negotiation,"

Dr. Kissinger goes into detail what his guilds plans are. He wants a ceasefire, an immediate one, before Belarus surrounds Kiev. Russia would repostiion to Donbas and Crimea.

Dr. Kissinger then focuses on what is already accomplished in the Peoples of Donbas and Crimea have voted to be a part or Russia, Russia will never give this territory up, so on paper hand it over to Moscow.

The former diplomat mentioned the proposal he made in May to establish a ceasefire line along the borders of the territory that was controlled by Kiev as of February 24. He said Russia could retreat from the areas that it took during the special military operation, but not from the DPR, LPR and Crimea.
"If the pre-war dividing line between Ukraine and Russia cannot be achieved by combat or by negotiation, recourse to the principle of self-determination could be explored. Internationally supervised referendums concerning self-determination could be applied to particularly divisive territories which have changed hands repeatedly over the centuries," Kissinger, 99, continued. "The goal of a peace process would be twofold: to confirm the freedom of Ukraine and to define a new international structure, especially for Central and Eastern Europe. Eventually Russia should find a place in such an order."

It is the last part which is the driving wedge in this, the first is to rescue Ukraine from it's failed Jew Zellinskyy and keep Ukraine a sovereign state, now praised as a powerful nation. (Crippled back to World War I civilization.)

A new "internal structure" for Central and Eastern Europe, and that is vague but is what this is all about. Dr. Kissinger has already stated that Ukraine should be linked to NATO. Linked is not a member of NATO and yet it is. That is where the slight of hand takes place in Russia stated it will never accept Ukraine in NATO which is what began all of this. What Dr. Kissinger is moving for would read something like, "Ukraine, a non aligned nation, will have security guarantees from NATO members".

The Lame Cherry doubts that Russia in having been lied to, beat up and blown up is going to agree to Ukraine linked to anything NATO for it's own security.

Kissinger said he believes Ukraine’s neutrality is no longer meaningful and "a peace process should link Ukraine to NATO, however expressed."

It is interesting as the Lame Cherry years ago offered that a East European Confederacy as a buffer to Russia and the West be established. My idea was for peace and the prosperity of the Slavic Peoples. I know that is not in the cartel's program no more than it was Stalin's, Hitler's, the Pope's or the Ottoman's.

It is this INTERNATIONAL STRUCTURE for the Slavs which is intriguing though as Dr. Kissinger has a definite end game in mind, and the cartel knows it and for him to be producing propaganda for the MI6 press in England, means a new tact is coming.

If you would prefer the Lame Cherry future tense, and that is why you read here, I suspect what Dr. Kissinger's peace is about is, that a Mideast front is about to open against Iran to cause a problem on Russia's southern border. It would be expedient to slaughter more Arabs and Elamites on the altar or global progress than the Slavs as that stink is too close to central Europe. Obama might have wanted the war fought there, but the Europeans do not.

So we have a nuke flash war in the Jew East, enough to put the scare into the world, have America fall back which will please Russia in that humiliation, whereby a European peace will be offered, a sort of NATO Split. Western NATO and Slav NATO. Russia would probably accept that package in not realizing what was really in the cards was Western NATO was going to invade North Africa for oil and Jerusalem as they want the Rock in the stairway to Heaven.

By the time the Asians figure out they have been had by a bigger picture, it will be complete. Complete except the Bible talks about Babylon a haunt of owls, that new Babylon is Europe and Armageddon takes place when the Europeans seize this Holy Land, in the kings of the east come.

So of course I support Dr. Henry Kissinger. He has a great traveling wagon show, and I would like to see him in charge of these negotiations for NATO, because the cartel humiliated him and we need someone with competence to do this. I only regret that my favorite Jew, Dr. Stephen Cohen the Russian expert of experts, died of cancer.
I adored Stephen Cohen. For an egg head intellectual he was fun. I loved even his communist wife over at The Nation. He was shunned and mistreated badly due the change in the political winds and he deserved much better than that. Cohen's own people did this to him.

So this falls to Dr. Kissinger to get this moving out of Ukraine and onto the global stage where we will not be always focused on the discussion of firing off nuclear missiles.

So in Great Game India, King Chuck and MI6 after their attrition disaster in Ukraine, are now backing Dr. Kissinger, in the first dishonest sound move which has taken place. The clock is not ticking for nuclear war as the Russians are running the bluff yet to achieve their ends. The clock is ticking for the Russian victory where Moscow holds an ever stronger hand in the world, and in Europe.

If I were Russia, I would agree to Dr. Kissinger's agenda, providing the Untied States sold Alaska back to Russia with the same Russian assurances as NATO will give over Ukraine, that Russia will sell oil and gas to the United States and those Russian forces in the hundreds of thousands are not there to invade Canada and take control of the Arctic.
