The Lame Cherry is reassessing the data on HAARP in this cycle and has placed ponderings here. The first being the Lame Cherry having been proven correct that HAARP by the Weather Mods could not make it cold in Europe and America at the same time.
The Lame Cherry termed this Crazy Eddie Haskell in the American version has been hitting areas with no population and dumping snow into areas which has zero value. Snow melts and runs off the land. It does nothing to stop a drought. So it is wasted energy, as much as making things cold where no one lives, is wasted purpose of HAARP.
In this reassessment, which follows the post on Ukraine the Russian Trojan Horse, reassesses all data. The cartel never intended to make Europe cold. That was a psyops to make people tense to wear them out. It diverted LPG from America to raise prices there, and the new player in Norway, who is now drilling more oil and gas, and is the silent terror player on pipeline bombings for England, is selling fuel to Germany and Europe.
It was about herding Germans to gain control of them in their bankrupt economy along with the rest of Europe.
Europe will be collapsed from this, not from cold weather or hunger, which would bring out the mobs which the cartel would not survive over.
So HAARP always was designed in this hot drought cycle to continue to be weather warfare on Americans and it is. It is still in unsatisfactory implementation and will be examined in an upcoming post on where HAARP attacks in America. Nothing has changed in this. My data projections were right in Inspiration, I just am not that devious to use Ukraine as a holocaust to destroy Germany and the rest of central Europe, shatter Russia by dumping Ukraine into her reconstruct and security sphere, and eliminate the United States in the interim as a competitor on the global stage. The cartel is overflowing with geniuses who are the mirror image of the deviousness of satan. They fooled Russia an they are masters of slight of hand.
The following is not Inspired, it is just logical projection. I suspect more Eddie Haskell manipulation of the cartel. HAARP will continue the attempt at making it cold in the north, but the situation is moving to the sun warming things and that envelop is shrinking. HAARP could make Ukraine very wet to deal with Russian tanks in the spring........but as American heavy armour is just designed to be destroyed by Russia in using Russian resources, it does not matter what Bradley's or Striker's do stuck in the mud.
Rain does not take Arctic cold. There will be an attempt through February and March to keep America cold though. I have my doubts on this as Crazy Eddie is wasting resources.
Summer 2023 AD in the year of our Lord, appears for America to be hot and dry, except for these super storms ruining large swathes of crops and real estate again as in 2022 AD in the year of our Lord.
This reassessment of what HAARP in the Weather Mods actually was engaged in, in Europe is based upon data concerning the realities of the Ukraine diversion. I had the right projections, but was puzzled in the data was matching my projections, but not the events which were said to be undertaken.
So HAARP was never a weapon deployed against Vladimir Putin. It was a ruse like Minsk, just like the panic propaganda for Europeans to make then think they were going to starve and be cold. Europe though pronounced 3rd week of January that winter was over for them. That ends HAARP as a war weapon against Russia.
HAARP though was deployed against thee Americans, what was left of Christian America, but not the populated metro areas of satan where all the money is.
That though is another post to examine all of this more astutely, now that the Lame Cherry understands what was really taking place behind the shadow curtain.
