In monitoring the weather warfare of HAARP on America, only the Lame Cherry has been focused on the interior in the potential which exists in the Missouri Mississippi watershed.
The Rockies are full, but the people there are whining about not enough fill for all the water usage. The focus then falls upon the Norther Great Plains in the Red Blob.
Why this is significant is HAARP has been keeping it very cold in this region and has gone to the extent of issuing explanations from the weather liars in this gem:
The reason it is so cold in America is because the polar vortex (It does not exist) broke down months ago, and because it is not there, it is snow causing a delayed cooling in America.
Yes just like global warming is caused by things cooling off........
So the HAARP lezbo terrorists out of Germany want this area full of snow and cold much later than normal. That will provide a very rapid snow melt, which means flooding as this river system reaches the Rockies, Yellowstone, Missouri and Mississippi river systems. It drains the interior.
And this is the coming weather into April, showing the adverse cold, as it starts to spike quickly in temperatures above freezing at night. That means allot of run off and in this entire period moisture is falling on this region. This is staring to shift to rain. Rain melts this chem snow fast and the ground is frozen, so it all runs off. HAARP terrorism has caused a perfect massive flood situation which will affect to the Gulf of Mexico.
I do not know what God's plans are, but the Lame Cherry did predict HAARP's agenda and it is coming due.
