Now from what I understand in US courts, the defendent's attorneys have a right of discovery, in all evidence the prosecution has. The prosecution has to turn this over. That is the US Attorney's office in his case.
I understand that the US Attorney has to inform the presiding Judge of any information which will convict or shows that the defendant is innocent. That is what a Federal Judge does. He presides over all evidence and the Judge must be presented with all evidence for a fair trail.
I understand in these indictments which is how this all starts, is an FBI or police agent, signs a sworn document accusing the person of crimes, before the US Attorney which the US Attorney presents before the Judge.
The FBI as I understand it, has legal counsel which oversees all evidence the FBI has in cases which are assigned to that division. In cases like Jan6, which the Attorney General is involved with, these cases are directly overseen by the Attorney General's office.
I understand this evidence which is setting this man free, was held by the US Congress, the democrats and key GOP members. The FBI had this evidence as they collected it as much as the US Attorney's office as they prepare these cases.
The point of law as I understand it is, if anyone in law enforcement knows of a crime, they are bound to alert the courts, as much as anyone in law enforcement who is aware of evidence that will exonerate anyone, it is their mandate to present such evidence to the prosecution or the courts.
There are allot of people who were aware of all of this evidence and none of them did their job. Justice was not involved in any of this, because the courts were not shown the evidence and the defense attorney's were not allowed access to that evidence. This was a lynching, not Justice.
This has been thee worst political intimidation in US history. There is not in any way, the people who are appointed to the head offices of DOJ did not know this was a lynching. It is a huge problem with all the information which was being produced about the government framing people, that the Judges involved in this could claim ignorance. It was their responsibility to make certain that the prosecution was being forthright under court penalty, meaning lying under oath.
We have seen special prosecutors, they are a farce when it comes to serving the law. Congress is ignored by the Department of Justice in investigations. The very Department of Justice, has been exposed as corrupt in withholding information from the accused and the courts. The Capitol Police said nothing. The FBI said nothing. The US Attorneys said nothing. The Attorney General said nothing, except that they were arresting 1000 more people.
I have an idea where "they" work at, but I do not know who they is. The people who have an idea in the press, have a duty as the 4th branch of government to make that information known to the public, as there is not any system of law and order, no rule of law. What is taking place is no different than a mob beating up a white boy on a Chicago street for wandering into the wrong neighborhood.
This has gone further than that in this is institutionalized. We have seen the prison systems torturing the accused, who are not allowed a speedy trial and in fact one strange US Attorney filing which I read, had a defendant waiving their right to a speedy trial.
This starts with Donald John Trump, now indicted for his own "crimes" to keep him out of the White House as this abuse of law has weaponized all law enforcement.
Not one law enforcement official came forward to stop this. This has ruined thousands of lives and continues to ruin lives. People committed suicide over this in law enforcement and in the public. No one said anything to stop this, so how far does this "they" go as no one quit their job in disgust and on one went to Congress or the press to stop this mass lynching.
I want a law enforcement I trust. I want a law enforcement which will protect all of us, the public and the accused. I also want a US Court system mad as hell and holding people responsible who appeared in their courts for withholding evidence, lying to them and ruining peoples lives and making Americans not trust what goes on in law enforcement.
The courts all know who they is, as they were in those courts, and they in the courts, knew who their bosses were who signed off on this lynching.
Nothing will be done about this, as that is not the way things work now. The way this is all set up is to make Americans not trust the system which makes all of this work in protecting all of us, so we stop supporting this system of values in the rule of law.
It may sound strange, but the fix is out there in this, and it is called HONESTY. People simply have to be honest in government as that is the first rule in self government.
They are all dishonest. That is why this was a successful lynching. It is not as Marjorie Taylor Greene tweeted in the Shaman suing people. He is poor like all of us. That is not his responsibility. The responsibility resides in those who were entrusted with authority to do their jobs honestly.
This is all about dishonesty.
