I have no idea how I happened upon the skirt that rules Moldova, but in reading she is a CIA asset in trained at the John F. Kennedy school at Harvard, kind of taints what Moldova is in being led by a glow worm.

Moldova like Kiev is the American front for European London banking in money laundering while the Russians get blamed for the Transniestra and South Ukraine mafia trade, which money all launders to the same banks. Russians just get their finances stolen by the West as the "cut" in the deal, but it is the same human children, dope and arms traffick.
