The Founders of these United States as a Republic, a Government of elected representatives to give voice to the will of the People, and never a direct democracy, produced in the US Constitution a legal document which LIMITED what the government or anyone else could do to suppress or infringe upon legal rights of another. This is based in the right to say and think things, the right to distribute those ideas (media) and the right to gather to promote those ideas, freedom of assembly.
When the first vestiges of a broad communications took place in television and radio, there was instituted standards and practices, or morals, and the right of equal access, as the communication had become too centralized where one person could monopolize with a corporate sponsor the power of communication.
When the Defense Intelligence Agency began construction of the world wide web, and funding of platforms, and then the concentration of those platforms as in Yahoo operated by the CIA, a clever lawyers cloak was put on this, to bar the public from access, in the defining of these intelligence conglomerates as "private owned platforms".
In comparison, Google is different from the Lame Cherry in privacy issues. The Lame Cherry does not allow commentary as state actors and shortsighted trolls would overwhelm the comments, just as when these state actors to get rid of independent Conservative voices were bombing sites with porn links, which showed up on Google, which allowed DIA Google to stop ad funding of these posts. The LAME CHERRY NEVER ACCEPTED GOOGLE MONETIZATION and trusted in people'si intelligence to donate as they voice they had was amplified here in this private conversation.
Google on the other hand has censored this blog in search engines to suppress information, as much as traffic flow to keep the unique user traffic down, so it does not climb in search engine results. Google along with Elon Musk in his X Twitter, Mark Zuckergbers Meta Facebook and Google's Youtube, as DIA funded entities, owned by the regime, have infringed upon the right of the individual in their free speech and assembly.
If some troll does not agree with what the Lame Cherry states, they have the right to go onto Blogger or other platforms and post all the screed they choose, and in this free speech debate, convince others to agreee with them. That is what this is all about. Equal Access. If what I post is of something the people do not want as an idea, they can choose other ideas which they think will work.
With Google and the other platforms, as aimed at The Deuce, Robert Kennedy, there is not another Google, Twitter or Youtube to turn to. They have a monopoly and this government collecting of data, and using personal speech in court indictments, where the courts are used in sheer financial weight are crushing the individual is a violation of rights. Equal Access is what is the 10th Amendment. It does not have to be voiced, because it is embedded in the Constitution.
People have always had the right to print "the letter to the editor". This was infringed upon CIA platforms like the New York Times, Washington Post, Time and Newsweek as they were a regime propaganda arm.
For the CIA's talk radio, led by Rush Limbaugh, others as Ed Schultz were on other stations in the market, producing a counter balance. Alec Baldwin even tried his hand at talk radio.
Television, at least on the local level, did provide in the public interest equal time to those people who disagreed with commentary their station was producing.
The internet when it was founded, to entice people to buy computers and join the web, had the Mosaad ICQ platform to communicate with each other on, and everything on the internet, including games and programs was free. Information was free, email was free, Americans could in historical Ben Franklin pseudonyms could be any avatar they chose. It was pure free speech, and while there were bullies as in all playgrounds, there was always another game room or a another place to go where the trolls were not bothering people.
Everyone knows that these "viruses" the internet had were produced by the computer security companies, to put spyware onto your computer and to force people to buy security programs. This has been an illegal scam as Microsoft in their upgrades would not run fun old games, or their operatting systems would shut down in part, if they did not upgrade or by the next OS.
That was the beauty of open source, NETSCAPE which became Mozilla, which is now as obtrusive as all the other spyware.
The internet is deliberately clogged with all this Gen and Millware, to wow the minds of the children. When this all began, Messenger was a small program which ran in the background and you could do multiple chat or message. You did not need rolling media feeds.
I actually knew a special forces individual from Air America. He built my first computer in fact. I was in his office one day, and we were talking about the internet, and he pointed to a server and said, That is Olgate. I doubt any of you know what that is, but Olgate was a generation ahead of Twitter, Facebook, Youtube and Syms. I never did get around to asking where he got that program as he was quite liberal in his acquiring of things, like the games he would load onto my computer, but Olgate was a world where you could go into, talk on mic, message, walking around in avatars, and were beyond what Facebook and Twitter ever will be. It never worked out as he was not plugged into the right source of DIA funding, but all of that was run on two servers. There was not any need for Facebook having acres of computers. The reason they need acres of computers is they are spying on you, and keeping records of all you do, an NSA proxy spy network. When your program and your data are on your computer it is PRIVATE. Like a landline, it is your property. It becomes private spyware and cumbersome when it is starts storing your messages and data.
So when I see Donald Trump and these others acting like they can not build a communication system, I know what bullshit this NSA propaganda is. I was there at the start of this as a child, listening to Air America stories of assassins who could enter a room and blend in and you would never know they were there. I had the stories of how oriental girls were the best at pleasing men in a myriad of ways. I listened and I learned. I heard stories of people who got into the FBI archives and never found anything on JFK or RFK. It was a world that delighted a child.
So if you need to store data, that would be video files, that does require some server space, but we are in a world now of tetrabyte servers, not the old days when 8 gig hard drives were considered massive storage.
So Robert Kennedy II is correct in stating that these DIA platforms are all State Actors. We all know this. What must be grounded in this though is EQUAL ACCESS as the right to a voting booth is as vital as a right to the public square on Jan6 without the police beating and gassing people to start a riot. Peace works both ways in the person must be peaceful as much as the state can not be gassing people or sending in their assets to foment riots, so that a political group in America can be hunted down and silenced by the FBI by intimidation.

We have an entire corruption of the American system as it has been used to criminalize the Citizen and to take away their rights to equal access. Robert Kennedy has some very large benefactors who are being allowed to fund these court rulings, to make him a savior or martyr, for the people to find hope in.
Does the government have the right to take your money, fund media platforms, make them a monopoly in owning them, so you do not have an alternative access, and then use your private conversations to indict you? They are involved in this now.
What must be established is that the government does not have a right ever to frame or entrap people on any platform, in sending in assets to say things at Hutatree and then blame Hutatree members for those words, same it true with the FBI and other agencies on January 6th, while one of their own was planting non exploding pipe bombs and is being protected.
The rights of Americans need to be expressed again as the Constitution is. People have the right to say things and not have those words used against them in indictment and court. You see, when it is a government owned website that is collecting your data, that is not any different than your being hauled in and questioned in handcuffs by the police. There is not any difference between a real world room and an electronic room. We do have the right to remain silent, but we have a great right to free speech. Talking about anything is not the same as admitting to a crime. Talking on media that the Pentagon generals are incompetent is not a crime to be spied upon, but having the government agent DC Piper, planting bombs on Jan6 is a crime of numerous charges in framing people, an act of violence and an act by a government not of, for and by the People.
Due to modern centralized authority, People still have the same right to access, no matter what the propaganda states. You have the right to write under the name John Doe, and you have the right to not have your speech to frame you, and you have the right to think the moon is made of cheese no matter if it is wrong or right. That is not influencers, that is not fake news, that is what the people have a right to do in hearing odd things like the world is round, and then thinking about it, discussing it and proving it one way or the other.
All of this is designed to stop the people from public platforms to exchange ideas as Elon Musk on Twitter X is engaged in, in destroying that platform. What was the internet built by Americans has now been taken over by the regime, as much as promises to Germans in Europe to come to America for farms, has now their removal at the forefront for corporate robotic takeover.
Our rights to equal access have been stopped. That is a violation of the Constitution. That is the reality of what all of us are faced with today.
