As he states, everyone thinks a shell explodes and things go out in the spokes of a wheel fashion, but that is not the case at all as the shell is moving forward, and either up or down at angle.

Shells actually in shrapnel explode at right angles and forward angles, The detonation is like an afterburner which actually propels shrapnel further ahead. Due to the movement of the shell, and in modern instances the shells are moving faster than the shrapnel, no shrapnel actually falls to the rear.
Shells which burst on the ground, for the most part throw their shrapnel upward and at upward angles.
There is a strange physics involved with shells. If you have a rifle and are high, like Lee Oswald at the Grassy Knoll, then the bullet actual rises like you raised the shot over the person. For shotshells, I remember to this day my brother telling me while we Arkansas'd ducks on the slough, to always raise the sights almost a foot over the head of the ducks or the majority of shot would strike the water and few pellets would ever hit the duck. Sneed only had to worry about the weapons he could see and hear, this end of all life weapons which were created and will be unleashed upon those who paid for them in a vast array of erasures which are beginning with replacement in invasion at this current era to bio weapons to ideas put into your heads are just the beginning of this.
This is the first time in 6000 years of history that weapon systems paid for by the public, will have those systems they trusted in, turned against them. It is the unleashing of principalities and powers in high places.
