The DOJ has now set a legal finding that Joe Biden is senile and does not have the mind to be responsible for his actions. That is damning stuff, and this is not the DOJ just not wanting to throw old Joe into geezer jail, it is the forces of the powers that be, just handing a real issue of the 500 pound gorilla in the room, that Joe Biden does not have legal capacity over his actions, and that is what triggers the removal Amendment in the Constitution.
