It really does not matter if it is 9 11 or any other modern tragedy, the human being is prone in part to want to cash in and have fame and fortune. There is more and more extreme in this being exposed in what is called the holocaust, a while the "deniers" get criminalized and all of the attention, there is a parade of unscrupulous types who have been writing Anne Franke types of fiction.
I have like most of you, read and listened wide eyed to accounts. Accounts like inmates catching a rat, then tying a string on it, swallowing the rat, then pulling it back up, just to have something in their stomach for a bit. The problem is that the term has shifted to include children born afterwards or if you were related in New York to someone who died in Europe during the war.
This blog has made mention of the Official Red Cross statistics in deaths in World War II, What caught y attention were recording which were adjusted that included Ashkenaz who died in combat while in the Soviet army. That would be like saying an American who died in the Vietnam War, died like someone in a Texas prison, executed in that period. These are two different situations.
This is all just a warped thing now, like "slavery" in America in how people are claiming associations which are a far different reality than what actually was the case.
As stated, this happens all the time. Barack Obama is one of the great fictions of all time like his Big Mike, some people get prosecuted and lose their jobs in claiming false resumes, others are celebrated as they are connected to the power.
It really is past time to close the narrative on the World War II era. Yes there were allot of mystifying and stunning events, but you do not see Japanese nuclear bomb museums in America with those "survivors" telling lover's tales for profit or how they ate rats or crawled across floors with a brush to make their occupiers think they should escape.
If 40% of a group are prone to having reality issues, then maybe they need care, not attention and money to enable them. It would explain a great deal of what took place in Kiev and what the world was put through.
