Our recent neighbor pulled in the other day to talk and he mentioned that a prophet on Victory News sure had the weather right and that they said it would be a drought this year. I was interested in this and asked TL what the site was and as I moved to look it up, I saw it was Kenneth Copeland's conglomeration of the most adept preachers in America at appealing to people and receiving donations from those people.
As I surfed around, I found this article on Slate which was authored by a Maud Newton who was in typical form railing against the money preachers and those who sucker people with the "Jesus Stamp", she did not use that term, but that is what it is........put Jesus on things and people will buy pillows or whatever you are selling.
Maud was upset as her parents were dumping cash into the Copeland group and had Donald Trump Christmas Cards on the fridge and as they have no retirement plan, except the Rapture, she and her sister are going to have to help out in buying groceries.
Now Maud blames the money preachers, and her family forking over some accident insurance to some Texas Church years ago, but I can assure her that my Grandma sold the farm out from her husband in the hospital and gave it all to Jehovah's Witness cult and the gal my old man bought the farm from, gave all my hard earned life to Herbert W. Armstrong's Worldwide Church of God. It was a fortune.
Maud's solution is we need more regulations on Churches and Preachers. That is typical as why doesn't she suck it up and get a lawyer and see if the courts will give her legal control over her parents accounts. It is a woke world and all she would have to do is wave a picture of Trump and utter that.....I forget the liberal buzz phrase now for Christians who are political.......I know that Christophobe Rob Reiner is all up in that making videos for that pedophile Joe Biden.
In that, there is the difference between Maud and me, the left and me, as I castigate Donald the deserter Trump, the GOPliters and even these preachers who should be selling a few things to give back to the poor. I never hear Maud or Rob Reiner though write things about Jews blowing up babies in Gaza, queers drugging and raping kids or the fact that Barack Obama was a triple citizen and should never have been allowed in the White House. You never hear these white powdered asses ever saying what is wrong with their ideas and their corrupt people..........just the logs in other people's eyes.
I don't like it that Gram betrayed the family in giving the farm away, but it was her's to do. I did not like Vivian giving all my hard work to Herbert Armstrong, but it was her money to do with as she wanted. There are things you can control and things you can't control. Like my mum took 500 dollars we gave her to help out in her bills, and she bought apples for goats. The woman could not afford anything as that is what Medicare does is take all your retirement. So when I was looking at a letter she mailed to some rich committee in town to buy playground equipment for rich kids, I opened the letter as a good child wood, and took the money out and put it away for safe keeping. That is what a parent does for a stupid kid in their stupid Maud ideas and that is what a grown up kid does for parents who get these ideas in their heads too.
As I look at the Maud parents situation though, the parents are happy, mostly informed, are getting by and as she stupidly has probably not invested time in trusts or putting her name on the house 7 years ago so the geezer home can not seize it when the parents go down, that is her being unprepared. That is her fault and her sister who feels dirty about ordering My Pillows from that Minnesota salesman.
Maud really needs to start focusing on her responsibilities and stop blaming others. She would be pissed off if her parents took control over her money and told her what she could think and spend money on, so the same rights go to the parents, and the rest of society has enough Goddamn regulations that we don't need more regulations on preachers and churches.
Maud shared a link to Copeland in the Watchman Decree. It is kind of a chant and spell if it was not Christian. I suspect Kenneth Copeland calls this Confession and Profession in speaking things into being. That is all Biblical. Except the part about Judeo Christian, there is no such thing. There are 13 Tribes in Israel, that is Israelite or Hebrew Christian Law and Gospel, as Jewry crucified Christ and cut that tie that binds over 2000 years ago. These Ziongelicals who worship Jews are getting America into world of hurt and we are all going to suffer even more for it when payback comes.
So we can all say good thing about our God, blessing Him, blessing our country, ourselves, our family, even our enemies as that is all kosher in Protestant Christians. I bless Maud Newton for Peace which only Christ gives and that will solve all the things she is fretting about, as her parents are not fretting as they are living in Faith and they are content to die in that Faith as the will of God in going peacefully into the slumber that will have them floating over their bodies.
This is all what this conflict is about. The erasing and replacing Rugged Individuals with responsible liberty in morals for a gulag package that decides your sins are a new religion.
Maud will never be published if she accepted the challenge of raging in a publication about 7 things that liberals are destroying America over. I could start her off with Obama graft over energy fraud that is robbing all of us and her parents as that is where the money is really disappearing to, not to money preachers or Donald the deserter Trump who kept all of Obama's rapine in place.
Liberals need to change themselves for awhile before they go back to being their brother's keepers.
