Warning about Foreign Criminal Sellers on Ebay

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

I wanted to alert everyone to a scam I blundered into which appears that a group has someone in the US Post Office computer tracking system in order to steal money from people and force Ebay to do the refunds.

I'm at the moment still waiting for my pound of flesh in the refund, which Ebay has now promised, but the following gives you insights into how this scam works.

TL and I have had problems with foreign sellers on Ebay, from wedding dresses which did not appear out of Hong Kong, Chinamen sending bean bags to say something was shipped to delay an inquiry, orders no fulfilled which listed as California, the seller was in Korea it was discovered and then the item shipped from North Carolina.

Ebay has to crack down on these Goddamned foreign sellers and that is where this problem arose in I only ordered an item off Ebay, because the seller was listed in an American state.

Jan 10, 2025

This item says it is supposed to arrive on January 11th. It is the 10th and it says it has not shipped yet.

What is the status of this order?

This began on January 7th and I awaited status updates and it said the item was not shipped. I finally inquired on the 10th and then it listed as "SHIPPED WITHOUT TRACKING" and my radar was starting to go off, so I started a report on Ebay as I now noticed the seller was listing out of the state of Israel. That is not Wyoming. Seller was a male.

So Ebay tells me I have to wait until the 17th of January to file a claim, so I wait to the 17th and then by magic I notice that the seller has updated the shipping, now with a tracking number. Interesting in shipped without tracking and now it was tracked and the best part is, it was delivered to my mail box on January 10th, the very day I checked mail and did not get any packages......no packages or mail for sometime.

So I contact seller again, nothing. I contact Ebay in a phone call and the people are nice and contact the seller...............and now I get this rather foreign not American English response from a Rachel.

Hi There

Apologies for any inconvenience. Your package was delivered as planned, and we’ve noted your ITEM NOT RECEIVED claim. eBay is reviewing it now. Hang tight for their final decision.

Thanks for your patience!

Best regards,

Rachael

So I look at the USPS site and do a check on this package to see what is going on as I never got it and the only people who take packages out of my mailbox are the post office at war with Fed Ex and charge me 13 bucks for shipping.

I deduce something criminal is going on here and am not waiting on Zvi, Rachel or Ebay, so I contact the post office and they check into it, going by the computer readout that something was delivered. They do not recall a package delivered to the mail box............so we now find out that the Post Office tells me this package which is a heavy duty extension cord, which would weigh like 40 pounds to ship.......weighed only 2.4 ounces.

Package did not come from Wyoming or Israel, but now says was shipped from Utah.

The Post Office told me to call the company as the Post Office is certain they gave the wrong tracking number.

So now to leave legal tracks, I photocopy the Post Office investigation and send it to this crooked seller, and now Emma appears and is buying time as they have told me there is no need to file a claim as they will handle everything in the next few days.......which is the 25th when Ebay tells me to file on this if I do not receive my package.

Emma here, from the courier service. ??

First off, apologies for any hiccups with your recent delivery. Our records say it’s been dropped off at your place. But hey, if it’s playing hide-and-seek, try these moves:

Ring the Courier: Dial up the courier using that trusty tracking number. They’ve got the inside scoop on your package’s whereabouts.

Neighbor Chat: Sometimes packages cozy up with neighbors. Ask around—they might be holding onto it for you.

There's no need to open a case; we assure you that your issues will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. Keep us posted, and remember: Your happiness is our jam! ??

Cheers,

Emma

These crooked foreign assholes are buying time, and before I can file a claim, they respond to Ebay and Ebay closes the case in auto AI as the package was delivered.

So now I'm forced to file challenged with Ebay, and I explain things and upload the evidence. As nothing was done when I got home, I had Ebay call me and explained it all and the gal there says upon review they will refund my money. I'm waiting on this.

In order to make this kind of scheme pay, this has to be operating with a number of fake Ebay accounts, and then shipping a number of items and for those not on top of things, am sure the buyer just drops it when  told the case was closed. Not me, as I will not be cheated.

As Ebay allows foreigners to list as American, when their Goddamn contact information is foreign, and I don't give a shit if Jews can be dual citizens as an excuse if that is the case, all I know is I was mislead, lied to, cheated and then stonewalled and Ebay does not have a system in place to protect American buyers.

It sounds conspiracy theory, but the question is how did the Post Office find a tracking code, when none was provided and it appears on the day I complain with the item delivered on that day? As this group of crooks is not following mailmen around and taking 2.4 ounce packages, thee only conclusion is that the US Post Office has a mole or moles working in the computer tracking section who can manufacture shipments and deliveries. As this Jew was not in America, he is either hacked in doing this or there is someone working at the Post Office doing this.

I can only be certain of the absolutes above, and I did not get a package at all, so someone saying it was delivered and the carrier does not remember it, means there never was a package.

I'm about done with using Ebay. It was very handy to use them as their prices were better, and I got allot of parts I needed at less than what the dealers were selling them for, but I simply can not afford to be out 200 bucks as that to me is allot of money. I ordered that cord in 15 below weather as I needed something for a livestock tank heater and a fencer. It was important and I did not need to be jacked around by this Goddamn foreign crime group in not sending what I ordered.

If the Jews on the left do not like the rap on this, then clean up your race hiding behind that flag. I'm not the Goy so you do not touch my things.
