BE IT KNOWN, UNTIL A BUDGET IS PASSED AND OR THE UNITED STATES TREASURY IS SOLVENT, THE UNITED STATES TREASURY IS HEREBY ORDERED IN THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER TO ENGAGE IN THE FOLLOWING:
INSTEAD OF PAYMENTS FOR CONGRESSIONAL SPENDING IN CERTAIN ITEMS DEEMED TO BE NOT ESSENTIAL TO THE SECURITY OF THE UNITED STATES, NO MONEY WILL BE SPENT BY THE UNITED STATES TREASURY, ONLY A DESIGNATION, THAT UNTIL THE MONEY IS AVAILABLE, THOSE ACCOUNTS WILL NOT RECEIVE FUNDING.
FURTHERMORE, FEDERAL EMPLOYEES IN THE LEGISLATIVE AND JUDICIARY WILL RECEIVE PINK SLIPS OF PROMISARY NOTES TO THEIR ACCOUNTS, AND NOT PAYCHECKS, THAT THOSE FUNDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL A BUDGET IS PASSED.

This abides by the Bunghole Roberts and Amy Vatican intrusion on the Executive to restore pipeline funding. This remedies these Obama black robes in insurrection attempting to end the work of DOGE which is Constitutional.
Take the funding away from these insurrection programs, and the offices will close as these leeches will not wait around 6 months for funds as they are all living on borrowed cash. Take away the high salary paychecks of Bunghole Roberts and give them pink slips, it resonates a message that if you fuck with the Executive, you will have to cash in your stock portfolios to pay for your anus sex.
Just because Congress appropriates money and spends it, does not mean it is there. The Constitution is clear on that, that the US Treasury signs the checks. The money has to exist, it can not be debt money. Congress nor the Judiciary can force the Treasury to sign checks for money not there, that is check fraud and is a crime. Congress and the black robes can not force the Executive to commit crimes.
I strongly urge Team Trump to polish the above up and slap this order on these elites. If they want, they can put into Hakeen Jeffries and Bunghole Roberts, a starvation Social Security payment, which is what most Americans are told to survive on, that would make good politics as the public would love the retribution. The Executive could for show, state that the Cabinet would all be receiving the same pink slips, which would checkmate the bitching of these elites.
The end is, the money will be paid when the money is there in the Treasury that is solvent.
