There are indications by what President Donald Trump stated before the Washington Summit with Euros, that President Trump and President Putin were in communications indirectly, according to President Trump.
Even during the meeting with Euros, the President said two "odd" things in President Putin wanted President Trump to win in the Ukraine peace in helping Mr. Trump. Then, the second part was the mention of wanting to call President Putin during this meeting.
In this period, Russia issued a press release that no European troops would be allowed to be deployed in Ukraine as Macron of France was posturing about, and going to castigate President Trump before the world at the White House.
After this meeting, the Europeans went silent, looked like Donald Trump beat their asses with a big stick.
The next step in this, is President Trump announced via Truth Social, that the trusted White House officials were now coordinating a meeting between Kiev and Moscow.
I will get to the point on the other side in what I believe happened.
US Vice President Jay Dee Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Special Envoy of the American leader Steve Witkoff will coordinate with the Russian Federation and Ukraine, US President Donald Trump said in a post about the prospects of a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelensky.

By the evidence above, Hal Turner reported that his sources told him the meeting between Zellinskyy and President Trump did not go well. Zellinskyy was swallowing hard when Vladimir Putin's name was mentioned by President Trump, and like a parrot kept saying "Thank you Mr. President", as that is what the European cabal meeting at the Ukrainian embassy was plotting before the meeting to deal with Donald Trump.
What I believe took place was a Hal Turner story about a massive car bomb which was stopped by the Russian FSB meant for the Crimea bridge.
I conclude that before this Euro meeting, that President Putin via his security forces, contacted the American security forces, and informed them that Russia had confiscated a massive car bomb, which had parts in it from Finland and other European "coalition of the willing", meant to be the giant FU to Donald Trump on Alaska, force Russia to respond massively, and destroy the Putin Trump peace process.
That is what President Trump was hinting at. I conclude that Zellinskyy was informed of this that his terrorists led by Badanov, were behind this. That the British directed this and oversaw it. The French were in on this. By the photo which appeared later, the only people really smiling were Fritz Merz of Germany, the NATO Rutte of Denmark and Ursula von der Leyen of Belgium, who just got an immense leg up on Paris and London.
President Trump threatened or either called President Putin to be included in this meeting directly, where the nuclear President of the Russian Federation, stated to these heads of state that Russia caught them in a terror act. Their bomb parts were directly linked, and by this, if a peaceful settlement is not reached, Russia will blow the bajesus out of the culprits involved. It explains why the Finns and British look like their balls lost all blood supply to their scrotum.
This the Lame Cherry concludes is what is now driving this. President Trump told these murderous European bastards, that Russia is going to blow the shit out of them if they do not agree to peace, and America, and NATO is not going to protect them. NATO is now a Germanic centered command with the lowlands.
"You can either all die in your bunkers in Europe for Zellinskyy or you can accept peace terms".
This is the conclusion of what these stories combined indicate in a white paper intelligence assessment. The Lame Cherry predicted that the Europeans and Kiev would resort to terrorism and this is exactly what took place. I had feared that they would attack New York City, but they went small, and I have suspicions that "some American official" was aware of this operation as Kiev stated an official was aware of the Web Terror event earlier this summer. If you notice, Keith Kellogg was at the Zelllinskyy meeting, he was booted off the Ukrainian and Russian coordination staff. I conclude Keith Kellogg was informed of this terror event, American intelligence tracked it, and informed the Russian FSB the workings of it, they tracked it to source and stopped it.
Keith Kellogg is no longer trusted in this Administration. I believe for all the problems Kellogg has caused President Trump for all this time, he was brought in and pointed to by the President and it was stated, "This is the source of the information on the terror plot". Kellogg is now a person who has the Kiev mafia highly displeased in his betrayal.
That is why the meeting with Zellinskyy was not going well. The dwarf denied what was being charged, was given proof via Kellogg and that ended the meeting, which then shifted to the Euros, who were told by President Trump, "I just concluded my meeting with Zellinskyy, and informed him of the coalition of the willing terror plot to blow up the Crimea Bridge. The Russian FSB caught them, has the parts from your countries, and President Putin is going to be phoned shortly to be informed that all of you are agreeing to peace or he is going to inform you that your act of war is going to be retaliated by Russia and the United States and NATO are not going to do a thing to protect you treacherous bastards".
This is what happened behind the scenes on Monday August 18th.
(It would appear that Martin Armstrong’s Socrates program was correct in predicting the start of war on the 18th. This time it was thwarted by President Donald Trump and President Vladimir Putin working together, as if this bomb had gone off, Russia would have struck the coalition of the willing terrorists.)
