Ashli Babbitt's legal counsel released a statement refuting the Department of Justice's cover up of her murder. I post it below and expand upon this with a request in there are people from that day who know information. There are people before this murder who know information. There are people who know information after the cover up in who was behind this and what was said.

There were security people with that murderer behind that door. There are people on Capitol Hill who have heard things pertaining to this. There are officers who were on the side of the door with Ashli Babbitt who know what happened in more detail. There are FBI and DC moles who were in that crowd who know things. Of course their lives are in danger if they speak out, but the price of a guilty conscience has caused 2 DC officers to commit suicide over the events of that day.

There are encrypted platforms to forward information to these officers of the court. They are asking for help and people heard things before in this set up and people know things, including those people at NSA who were the ones spreading the information and running Q to cause this event for this crackdown diversion of the FBI hunting down Americans.

When this 1% can murder an innocent American Veteran, they are doing it to everyone of us when our number comes up.

The shooting of Ashli Babbitt on January 6, 2021 by an unidentified U.S. Capitol Police Officer was an unjustified use of deadly force which violated her constitutional rights. It is clear from video footage that Ashli did not pose a danger to the officer, or any other person, when she was shot. Ashli was unarmed. She did not assault anyone. She did not threaten to harm anyone. There was no excuse for taking her life.

It is a universal law enforcement standard that a police officer should use no more force than necessary to accomplish a lawful purpose. At 5′ 2″ tall and 110 pounds, an arrest of Ashli could have been accomplished by a single trained officer with a set of handcuffs. At the time of the shooting, there were over a half-dozen police officers in close proximity to the Speaker’s door where Ashli was standing. Some of those officers had just allowed protesters access to the door by stepping aside. Other officers, dressed in full tactical gear, stood among the protesters just a few feet behind the door. Still others stood casually at the opposite end of the Speaker’s Lobby, unconcerned with the activities of Ashli and the protesters around her. All of these officers were in a position to have aided in the apprehension of Ashli if it was necessary. Given her background as a 14-year veteran of the Air Force, it is likely that Ashli would have complied with simple verbal commands, thereby making the use of any force unnecessary.

However, the officer who shot Ashli never attempted to arrest her. Nor did he call on his fellow officers to arrest her. Instead, he fired a shot into her chest. Witnesses confirm that the officer did not give Ashli a single verbal warning prior to firing. In fact, Ashli was not even aware that the officer was present, as he was located in the doorway of a room off to the side of her field of vision.

To date, the officer who shot Ashli has not been identified. Neither the Capitol Police nor any other governmental authority has given an account of the facts surrounding the shooting. There has been no official explanation or justification for the use of lethal force in this matter. This lack of transparency impedes the public scrutiny which is necessary to hold government officials accountable in a free society. It also interferes with the ability of Ashli’s family to obtain justice for their loss.

My law firm and I represent Ashli’s husband and family members. We will continue to investigate this matter. We intend to take appropriate legal action when our investigation has been completed. We call upon the Capitol Police as well as the United States Congress to make public the facts and circumstances of Ashli’s shooting.

I'm supposed to be working inside on the blog, as I can't do anything outside as it is raw cold for a week and floods here. The short answer is, of course I could change the time line, just as when by God's Grace I put that Donald Trump into office, which delayed things, but the time line reset and now we have Pedo Joe ramping up the amplification of the reverse wave, as things do not just go in opposite and equal reactions, they amplify often enough.

Which makes me wonder if I'm the reason Jesus said, "If these days were not shortened there would not be any life left on earth".

I'm living my life figuring that I will get a better deal after Jesus returns, as I have zero stake in the pedos in power and am not propping these frauds up.

I doubt a 6 figure bribe would change my mind. Maybe a 7 would, as I would have to build shelters for my animals and stock things up. Would need to clear it with God, as I did inform Him that I was hands off from now on on this end times stuff. So I guess even for 7 figures  I would have to turn it down. Ashli Babbit's Murder Now Covered Up

The Lame Cherry applauds the United States Department of Justice, FBI and DC Police for publishing the fact that the murder of Ashli Babbitt was not murder at all, because murder by federal officers does not matter in a dead body, executed by an officer of the law, because what matter is intent.

You will remember intent from FBI Director James Comey stating that Hillary Clinton breaking the law did not matter legally, as it was her intent that did matter, and as we do not know what Hillary intended, she did not break any law.

What the Lame Cherry is puzzled by is, why are Americans being hunted down for January 6th and held in confinement without bail as cockroachs crawl on them, in order to break their wills, in torture, are not afforded the same 'intent' as the murderer of Ashli Babbitt.

Were not Americans fearful of the 2020 election being stolen? Were not American's panicked on January 6th with police attacking them, murdering them like Ashli Babbitt? Were not Americans negligent in not knowing that sitting in Nancy Pelosi's office or drinking wine from a cabinet was against the law, any more than the House they paid for, was not a House they were supposed to not wander around in? In the end, can not every American who has been hounded by the FBI and DOJ, have the same quality as the murderer of Ashli Babbitt in showing poor judgment on January 6th?

The answers to the above is affirmative in every case the FBI and US Attorneys have made.

The decision follows what the department is calling a “thorough investigation of Ms. Babbitt’s shooting.” After reviewing video footage, social media posts, officer statements, witness accounts, evidence from the scene, and an autopsy report, federal officials claimed “there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution” over the death of the 14-year Air Force veteran.

The DOJ’s press release, which refused to name the officer who shot Babbitt, also stated federal prosecutors could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that “the officer acted willfully to deprive Ms. Babbitt of a right protected by the Constitution or other law.”

Instead of unreasonably shooting Babbitt, federal officials said the officer could have acted “out of fear, mistake, panic, misperception, negligence, or even poor judgment cannot establish the high level of intent required under Section 242.”

Now everyone reading knows what the murderer of Ashli Babbitt intended, because he was shown having advanced to the door, supplanting another White agent there. Liberals demand that Americans give ground when confronted with a criminal, yet this officer advanced and then murdered a small woman of 110 pounds, who was armed with a scarf in her backpack. This officer at the point blank range of Ashli Babbitt could have shot this innocent woman in the knee to stop her, but he instead chose to shoot an unarmed woman with a kill shot, intended to take out a major artery to end this woman's life.

Yes intended is intent. That exposes the DOJ as covering up another murder.

Of course Ashli Babbitt was murdered. LaVoy Finnicum was murdered. David Koresch and his people were all murdered. Sammy Weaver shot in the back was murder. Vicki Weaver holding her infant daughter and shot in the head was murder. Gordon Kahl was murder.

Not one federal agent was ever prosecuted for any of these murders and they never will be, because murder is not murder, when the police state murders innocent Americans.

There was not any doubt in any of these murders of innocent Americans that those federal officers intended to shoot to end the life of those they were shooting at. Ashli Babbitt was unarmed. LaVoy Finnicum in Reverse Speech stated he was unarmed. The children with David Koresch burned alive were unarmed. Sammy Weaver was defending himself after his dog was murdered by a federal agent. Vicki Weaver was unarmed and federal agents taunted the Weavers still alive in the cabin about their dead family member as she lay rotting on the floor. Gordon Kahl was set up in ambush and defended his family after federal agents attempted to murder him and had shot his son.

There is nothing which can be done about this corruption by the police state. It is a fact of murder as the police state has an above the law license to murder Americans, and does so by example to intimidate the mass of American society.

Everyone knows this was murder. This is the realm of the Christian to trust in the Lord in Christ's Last Judgment as Jesus is the One Judge Who is not corrupt and does not make excuses for satan the father of lies and murder, nor for those who follow that anti Christian and anti American stance.

We do not know why two DC police officers committed suicide after the events of January 6th. It was not because they were harmed, but it was logically the harm they caused others, as they shot, beat, sprayed and attacked Americans on that day to get them to respond with force. They knew Ashli Babbitt was murdered, that people were trampled, that people drugged, and they enticed it to happen. They knew they had helped overthrow America and injured Americans instead of protecting them, and it was too much for them.

It is not too much for the DOJ, FBI or DC police. It is not too much for the politicians. It is not too much for the judges. You will not witness one of these people resigning in protest over the murder of Americans. They never have and they never will. They all deny they have a part in the system, as they have the lie of intent to hide behind and they whistle past the grave of justice in America.

It is what it is. We are all like the gazelles of Africa in the lions have made their kill. They made us watch it and we know murder took place, but the lions make the law and that is the way it is. The lions already have other examples to be made in the following months to promote stalled legislation on gun control and marking Americans as domestic terrorists. This is not two tier justice, but defined predatory lawlessness. Some define it as the law of the jungle. Some call it feudalism. All poetic and all thoughtful definitions, but in the end it is just murder as old as Cain murdering Abel in a field.

It is more than just saying Ashli Babbit's name. It is saying she was murdered as Ashli Babbitt was murdered.

So replication was already known, but it was conflicting in the human body, like a splinter being forced out.

They start flying the helicopters around about 8pm, little more than a mile away, which they are still doing. The whole newscast I watched was dedicated to this spectacle, with two minutes for the weather. This is all supposed to lead to peace? It’s all so senseless, that it seems there will be no end to it, because of the stupidity of one stubborn 20 year old, flaunting the cops trying to make a lawful arrest, and getting shot in the process. What did he think was going to happen? He’d get away? And now there’s a 48 year old woman, a cop for 24 years, being charged with manslaughter, which he brought on. And of course on the night it started, hell broke loose in Mpls again, and dozens of businesses were re-assaulted for something which happened 15 miles away from them. This is getting to be more than unbearable. The whole twin cities are on curfew, so just imagine how the restaurants feel about that, after enduring the Walz shutdown for the summer and fall. And then the Twinkies, with all their talent, just keep losing. Eccp shoes because they have decided to let all their asst. managers go. It seems that every foreboding verse in the Bible is unfolding in front of our very eyes. And the drone of the copters goes on….
