In America, we hope we live in a nation that when the belligerent forces of government seek to inflict upon 1 citizen or a million political prisoner status that the American system can be counted upon to protect that citizen eventually.
In 1776, the Founding Fathers sought such a system over the tyranny of an empire.
As of last year, a Democrat in Mike Nifong of North Carolina, trampled upon the rights of Duke students in an attempt build upon them his political legacy, but the Constitution and the press led by Ed Bradley turned the Nifong tyranny into his own ruin.
Currently, an American in Lawrence Sinclair has been suffering from his own Nifong in the state of Delaware, which happens to be where Vice Presidential candidate Joe Biden is from with Barack Obama, along with Mr. Biden's son, Beau Biden, who is Attorney General there and Deputy AG Susan Dwyer, have initiated bogus charges on Mr. Sinclair by sealed grand jury indictments which have suckered DC police, Federal District Prosecutors, the Social Security Service and the fine legal system of Delaware into a Nifong attack upon Mr. Sinclair.
Thank God though for like in 1776 and to the blatant abuse of power in Mike Nifong, the System of America has pressured those tyrants in the abuse of the sacred power entrusted upon elected officials to put a jarring halt to Mr. Sinclair's and all American's dilemma in that it has come to my attention that the Delaware charges against him have been dropped.
Mr. Sinclair is a free and innocent citizen again. Praise God!
None of this could have been accomplished in rolling back the tide of feudal tyranny without that Divine guiding hand and the efforts of not nuclear armies, billionaires, presidents or the United Nations. This was done by that more perfect union of the common genius of mankind working for the good of an entire American people.
This is an historical moment in history in the shot heard round the world while tyrants played upon a mile high mountain in Colorado against one American, that one American in Lawrence Sinclair in his Minute Man citizenry of the mighty pen declared that:
WE HOLD THESE TRUTHS TO BE SELF EVIDENT THAT ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL.....AND AMONG THEM ARE LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.
Congratulations to the American people for the Constitution which has set Lawrence Sinclair free from the bondage of tyranny in 2008 the way it set all Americans free in 1776.
