As Prime Minister Birdie Obama has finally fled the United States to be among his own people in Canada, it is tea time to brew a brisk cup by boiling some legal waters concerning the much touted and proudly shouted, named, Obama, Pelosi, Geithner and Reid stimulus bill.
According to the laws of the United States if a Citizen, signs his name to checks from bank accounts, and the funds are insufficient to cover those said checks, that Citizen is in violation of fraud in embezzling money from the Citizens who own the bank and have money in the stated bank.
There comes a time in American history, where deficits which were incurred in Revolution to Civil War to Iraq Wars, which were incurred in good faith to be repaid are sound public policy as the intent is to one day balance the books.
What Barack Obama has just initiated is writing checks to the 50 states and some foreign governments, from a United States Treasury which has absolutely no funds, but is already in debt.
This is illegal, and, he bears full responsibility now, along with the members of Congress who accented to this stimulus bill and all employees of the United States Treasury who are affirming money is there, when there is no money and will be no money in the account.
It is insufficient to claim that money will be printed by the Treasury to cover the said debt, as a Citizen can not print money to cover a debt and the United States Treasury in knowingly printing money which has no value is guilty of counterfeiting funds, as the money it is issuing has no legal tender status.
These actions fall under the jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts in criminal embezzlement of funds.
Legally the above mentioned embezzlers are at this point libel for the entire debt of the United States. This notes banking laws if one signs one's name to a title and said title is under mortgage, the signer or new owner is then criminally libel to repay all said funds.
In that any Citizen of the 50 states or Territories of the United States may now petition the court to seize all property, assets and garner wages for life, until the said multi trillion dollar debt now in full ownership of Barack Hussein Obama, etal, is repaid in full.
The Government of the United States is longer libel for the debt of it's books, once someone deliberately acquires more debt which they know can never be repaid.
The Government of the United States is responsible for ascertaining if Barack Hussein Obama, etal, has discussed any scheme of reducing the value of the US Dollar or replacing said US Dollar with a new currency, which would be deemed an attack upon the United States, in the criminal codes of Democrats in Congress and select Republicans as treason and as Mr. Obama is a British subject as an act of war in espionage against the United States.
All of the scholars fail to realize there is a definite check and balance built into the United States Constitution. The executive having full authority can submit bankrupting bills and plundering budgets to Congress which in the legislative can assent to bankrupting the United States as they hold the purse strings.
The Judicial Branch though in all levels of State in the 9th and 10th Amendment holds the Executive and Legislative accountable to the laws of the United States, in any case brought by any Citizen, as their tax money makes it their jurisdiction, when said agents are knowingly bankrupting the United States and spoiling her.
Complaints can be filed by any State or Citizen, charges brought and assets seized, just as in any deadbeat parent deliberately issuing funds for a debt they know they can not cover.
The above parties are guilty of fraud, embezzlement and racketeering, fully covered under the RICO Act, and, several espionage acts along with sedition as Mr. Obama is a British servant of the Queen.
Mr. Obama might well wish upon the monkey in his pants that he kept flying once out of the United States to find exile in France, and, Mrs. Pelosi might well have sought asylum from the Pope in her visit there, as this deliberate bankrupting to the United States and the definite attempt to cast that debt on millions of innocent Americans is a criminal act of crimes against humanity.
