The Lame Cherry salutes the second American Patriot on the Judicial Bench of Judge Rebecca Ward, and equal to the brave federal Judge who threw out the Hutatree charges years ago, against those innocent Americans by the police state.
Judge Ward, threw out the case of William Meridith of Bullitt County, who being stalked like all of his other neighbors by a drone operator, David Boggs, who was spying on everyone in that community and Mr. Meridith shot the damn thing out of the sky.
Judge Ward stated, "I think it’s credible testimony that his drone was hovering from anywhere, for two or three times over these people’s property, that it was an invasion of their privacy and that they had the right to shoot this drone. And I’m going to dismiss his charge."
Thank God for Judge Ward. I had given up all hope that anyone on the bench was not some Obamachurian despot serving the satanic overthrow of America, but this Judge is the summation of the American Republican form of Government, of the People, by the People and for the People, and not for the feudal few, and their perverted bullies droning all of us.
No one has the right to invade anyone's privacy, above ground, below ground or on the ground, or through their walls, without a Warrant from the Bench with proof that you are involved in some criminal activity.
God placed all Judges in their positions to protect the People and not to put them into a state gulag for their genocide.
God bless Judge Ward. If America had fine judiciary like this American, America would be a land of laws, and not Obama outlaws.
The Right of the People to protect themselves, their families and their properties shall not be infringed.
