The purpose of this Witness is not to give Hope to the Just, meaning the Christian who believes God and moulds this life to obeying God, because you are not going to be saved out of the Great Tribulation, but by God's Mercy and Grace carried through it.
The purpose of this Witness is to provide you an understanding of the time which you will be carried through by Christ, if you are Righteous, meaning you obey God.
Isaiah the Prophet Chapter 33
14 The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?
15 He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil;
16 He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.
What the above is warning is, the base now that mock God and you, who claim morality, are going to face the destruction of America and the West, and realize that none of them will survive.
The Christian who obeys God's Law, whose conversations are not profane, is not plundering the nation in portfolios, is not accepting regime bribes to make them submit, is not listening how to destroy people as in aborticide and refuses to look upon and enjoy all those evils forbidden by God, they will live.
You are warned that you are not going to be in cities or your homes. You will dwell in the rough places of the hills and mountains. Rocky inaccessible areas are going to be your fortress.
In the wilderness, there you will be fed by God your bread, and you will be watered like a deer. You are not going to be eating cake, but the food of affliction, but you will be fed and cared for.
