With Senator Mitch McConnell on record, stating that no one will be appointed from the Obama regime to fill the seat of Justice Anton Scalia, upon his death, and this matter is one which should fall to the People's Decision on the next President in 2017 AD in the year of our Lord, the Lame Cherry calls upon the last two remaining American Justices on the Supreme Court to make themselves unavailable for any cases to be heard or ruled upon until after January 2017 AD in the year of our Lord.
The precedent is for this is American Law:
The Judiciary Act of 1869 (16 Stat. 44), also called the Circuit Judges Act of 1869, is a United States statute that stipulated that the makeup of the United States Supreme Court would consist of the Chief Justice and eight associate justices, any six of whom would constitute a quorum.
As you can read from the above, all it now it is going to take is for Sam Alito and Clarence Thomas to take a vacation until January 2017. The Supreme Court will legally be shut down, and there is not going to be any 6 to 2 homo John Roberts decisions upholding Obamacare or Sodomite union.
