There are many of you who have never read the Constitution or Amendments to the United States foundational laws, so everyone is ignorant and accepts what they are told. That is why the Lame Cherry is here, because what is posted here is meant to open your minds to gasping in stunned disbelief at the revelations here.
Today we educate you on the reality that the 13th Amendment never outlawed slavery. The fact is the United States after the Civil War and Abraham Lincoln's emancipation, in fact legalized slavery, when before it was not legalized nor noted in the Constitution.
Here is the actual Amendment in entirety.
Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation
As you can read by Constitutional Law, the United States ratified and made it legal for the Government to convict anyone in court, and that court could then pass sentence to legally make any Citizen submit to involuntary servitude or slavery.
As you will notice, there is not any requirements or limitations on the crime or penalty. Slavery has never been outlawed in America. It was legalized and any court can make a slave out of any Citizen legally. Literally any America or foreigner can be penalized for life as a slave. According to the Constitution, anyone can be arrested for whatever, and in any of these kangaroo courts, be convicted and sentenced by a judge to being a slave for life.
As there are no limitations on this, the state could probably put the convict up for auction to private parties, and it would be all legal.
Now that you have this reality to think about, try not to enjoy this too much in fantasies about who you would like to have made a legal slave of these United States.
Frankly, I say let's not send back those Muslims and Mexicans, but just convict them, and all of these Obama imports will be doing all the things Americans no longer want to, and with a welfare stipend, it would be the best kind of slavery in being free.
That ole Ted Cruz does have a future in America.
