Mr. Algire stated he saw massive riots, molotov cocktails being thrown in a city, and this group attacking mounted police, but focusing on attacking the horses.
I decided to track this from a different protocol to see if Cleveland had mounted police.

This troubles me in whatever the city, in such heinous people attacking horses. There is absolutely no excuse for this, and wherever this is, exposing horses to this kind of abuse is particularly distressing to me as I glimpse the terror in these animals, akin to a zebra being clawed at by a prey of lions.
Cleveland is reported to be relaxing protest marches and this is unforgivable in endangering police and their mounts to this kind of danger.
This falls upon Governor John Kasich. It is his responsibility to immediately call out the National Guard for Cleveland, to coordinate the security with full water canons, which means taking control of the Cleveland and various fire departments to position these engines with barriers for the Soldiers to fall back to.
Cleveland is absolutely not any place for mounted police in exposing horses to this kind of terror funded attacks by nation rapist George Soros, and as this blog has proven in Black Lives Matter, it all has the undercurrent of the Rockefellers, Van Jones and that means this criminal Obama regime.
I would add that these RV's were picking up a secondary event of a press conference, after this in someone before an imposing building, who was upset and the hint was this was about someone withdrawing from a political race.
To put it plainly, these RV's were pointing to that the events being staged in Cleveland are so horrendous that Donald Trump removes himself, as that imposing building is Trump tower in New York.
I have not viewed this nor inquired. What logic would dictate though is in this war zone the state of Ohio is setting up with Reince Priebus, the GOPliters and John Kasich is projected out to be so dangerous that Mr. Trump will be forced to not attend the convention or the convention is shut down.
This is what this now points to. This disgusts me in no one touches horses as they are off limits.
I do not vouch for the above information, as there are time lines and groove lines of sympathy which are read. I am certain though at this juncture that this is what has been plotted out in this 100 Days operation.
Pisses me off in I never have any time off in dealing with this. Always one more intrigue in that pustule Ted Cruz, this 100 Days menagerie and now what is heading to the focal point in shutting this convention down and forcing Mr. Trump to speak in front of Trump Towers.
I do not know if I can reset this time line. All these arrogant asses and these pansy dancers have disrupted this apparently, but I will not allow horses to be abused.
