One of the great ideas of late which was posted on Facebook was to ask people how they voted as a marked ballot. There are some problems in that in people can not have contact at the polls with others etc...
I would suggest though a more passive reality, IF it passed with the Trump campaign, and that would be to simply record people entering polling locations in tracking the numbers. At least in this measure being able to record the actual number of people who appeared, would have to be in the ballpark of the votes which were counted.
Still months away, and would be required in the bigger precincts as that is where the vote fraud begins, and ends in the national tabulation which no one has access to.
