The law has no place in the heart, for placing the law there removes from it reason, and only promotes a belief, and the law is creature best administered without emotion.
Most of us have heard of the Dred Scott Decision, as if it was some evil thing, or a great mistake by the Supreme Court in ruling that property belonged to an individual and could not be removed by the government.
It would be like if you owned a cow and drove through a Hindu community in America, where cows were sacred and the people their took the cow. You would know that cow was yours, but a special interest would deem the cow something not be owned.
"Dred Scott (c. 1799 – September 17, 1858) was an enslaved African American man in the United States who unsuccessfully sued for his freedom and that of his wife and their two daughters in the Dred Scott v. Sandford case of 1857, popularly known as the "Dred Scott Decision." Scott claimed that he and his wife should be granted their freedom because they had lived in Illinois and the Wisconsin Territory for four years, where slavery was illegal. The United States Supreme Court decided 7–2 against Scott, finding that neither he nor any other person of African ancestry could claim citizenship in the United States, and therefore Scott could not bring suit in federal court under diversity of citizenship rules. Moreover, Scott's temporary residence outside Missouri did not bring about his emancipation under the Missouri Compromise, which the court ruled unconstitutional as it would "improperly deprive Scott's owner of his legal property."

That is what Dred Scott was. It was a slave, who was instigated by do gooder abolitionists who hired attorneys for him to sue his owner for his "freedom", just because the owner had transported the slave to a free state.
It was a ridiculous case which should have been thrown out of court and the attorneys and abolitionists held in contempt. It though made the Supreme Court where Chief Justice Taney sought to put this entire upheaval to rest, so the beginning bloodshed would cease, and not foment a war which it did in 500,000 Americans dead, fighting over State Rights and Union Preservation, all steeped in the prejudice not of slavery, but of Northerners mad at Southerners and Southerners mad at Northerners, one side about banking and the other about political power.
What no one has ever settled in the slave issue, in which Abraham Lincoln as an act of terrorism in war, stole from Americans their property, meaning slaves, as slavery was legal and the American regime can not confiscate property without restitution.
Literally, every free family in America who owned slaves are due reparations for the slaves stolen from them, plus interest. This is billions of dollars owed Citizens which is relevant compared to the baseless claim or reparations to be paid to slaves, who were captured by Black Africans, because these slaves were not intelligent enough to run from the slave traders as any wild stock, and were transported to America.
One might as well award reparations to Spanish Mustangs turned loose in America as it is the exact issue of property.
Dred Scott was a farce as much as the farce that "slaves built the White House" when this unskilled labor might have stated that mules built the White House, to the ridiculous propaganda that a black man surveyed Washington City, when that was an absolute lie fabricated by abolitionists again, attempting to elevate these primates to the status of civilized humans. If those reading this in ignorance can not comprehend as they transfer their knowledge onto terrorist barbarian Indians or non evolved Africans who had more in common with chimpanzee groups than Europeans in that era, are missing a reality, that there was absolutely nothing advanced about these Negroids, and that is why the other more advanced races of Africans crossed with Arabs were capturing and selling them as one would guinea fowl.
Justice Taney handed down one of the best decisions the Supreme Court ever made. Taney surpassed the ridiculous political whoredoms of John Roberts in Obamacare and the sodomy of Anthony Kennedy in Obama Supreme Court rewriting of American Law.
Forcing Americans into financial and sexual slavery are the Roberts and Kennedy courts of the 21st century, while the Taney court of the 19th century was absolutely correct in not conveying rights or citizenship on property and protecting Americans from having their property seized.
Think of what abolitionist terrorism brought America too. The crusader John Brown so terrified the South that they took the step to protecting themselves in being certain the North was about to invade and the meddling of using the Courts against Southerners cemented them to State's Rights.
For the record, Dred Scott most certainly knew nothing of the law and in his ignorance would not know what to do with freedom any more than emancipated blacks did who were following around the US military after the war, demanding to be fed, housed and clothed like royals, because this was their "right". The Negroid had absolutely no comprehension of rights.
It has become so ludicrous now that in Scott's biography he is termed a "civil rights activist" when no one of that title even existed in that era. This fictional hero is even more interesting in it is recorded he was born in 1795 in Virginia and then in the bio, Scott is said to have fallen "in love" with a Negress slave who was 19. All very romantic until one does the arithmetic as the year was 1836, or more to the point he was 41 years old and was seducing basically a teenage girl, 22 years younger than himself.
He was instead a dirty old man preying on young girls who was taking advantage of white folks kindnesses, as this project got the girl's ownership transferred to Scott's owner.
There are references in Scott attempted to purchase his freedom, which is interesting in how did this property earn money as a slave, or who was it that was being cajoled into purchasing the stock to let them go free. All of which clouds the issue, as emotions do, and it all comes to the point that if abolitionists wanted to end slavery, they should have purchased the slaves from Confederates instead of spending that same amount to line the pockets of war profiteers.
Did you know there is absolutely no record of any slave ever being panged by guilt in repaying their owners after Abraham Lincoln stole them. Education, teaching a trade, housing, food and Christian salvation, and not one case of Blacks ever thanking their former benefactors or putting their money where their mouth is.
There are records in this bragging about not buying slaves freedom in a legal way, but instead the propaganda of an underground railroad which never came to fruition but close to 100,000 slaves stolen from their owners.

This was an act of war by the North and it was bankrupting people as slaves were expensive, and most slave owners were not plantation owners, and a majority of Jews owned slaves.
It is no surprise then after all of this agitation that war came to America by European intrigue based on the terror actions of abolitionists.
As the Dred Scott case continued to cause upheaval, the last owner of Dred Scott was horrified as a remarried widow to discover she was named in the case as was her husband in Calvin Chaffee.
The Chaffee's desiring to be rid of the situation, turned Dred Scott over to the original owners in the Blow family who undertook manumission, to be rid of the "test case" in freeing them in 1857, as Scott not under the good care of a master had contracted tuberculosis, and died the next year in 1858.
None of this ended though as history reveals, in the entire Southern United States was destroyed by war, was bought up by northern speculators, was deprived of democratic elections in having appointed federal masters and had their entire aristocracy slaughtered in genocide.
........and now Americans are being dug out of their graves of honor in the South as in General Nathan Bedford Forest as the ethnic cleansing continues.
The beast of Dred Scott knows no ends as it seems to possess the rabid hearts of the demonic as genocide was not enough and it must be transferred to a new century, where a foreign birthed Barack Hussein Obama is now enslaving billions and using US Courts to make criminals of innocent free Americans.
