This is why, before Donald Trump becomes President, that every last one of these departments must be issued a resignation letter for the top 3 positions. Each of these positions can be filled by the 95 million Americans who are now on Obama welfare.

Take for example the BATF, which will exist in all Obama form not serving President Trump. One of the department directives stated that a gunsmith who cut metal screws, would be required to have something like a 2500 dollar yearly license.
