Entitlements for the Big Koch employees earning over 100,000 dollars, so the Pence and Ryan cronies will not have to pay for their employees insurance, but you will have to pay for rich people's insurance, which will bankrupt the system.
The Cadillac Tax, where if an employer actually provides a great benefits package, they are penalized for this in a special high tax.
No savings costs in insurance companies selling policies across State lines.
Medicaid Reform where people who do not vote for Ryan or Pence Big Koch politics get rationed death.
