The President needs to spend billions on an economic package of disaster shelters which will neutralize Kim Jong Un's nukes. South Korea, Taiwan and Japan must also bring this economic boon, and in this process begin arming themselves with Cobalt 60 and Neutron warheads of 500 per each nation and this stops Kim Jong Un's threat.

No dictator Xi knew of this test, was behind this advancement, and was surprised at nothing in his proxy North Korea bringing this to a new level of stalemate. This was designed to make Donald Trump appear even more feckless, to erode allied support for America to cause a schism, as there is only in operation the Soros policy of lusting after North Korean rare earth elements and nothing about American interests.
