The CIA's budget bang for the buck
As a note to the CIA in the Mockingbird, you really are not getting your money's worth in David Frum. There is nothing worse than a Canadian fag. It is like an English fag quadriplegic, in they just sort of are there to annoy you, but the sounds coming out of them make about as much sense as farts.
I would think the CIA would be embarrassed in how weak Frum is. This is not Ed Lansdale caliber. Lansdale would have quit and become a Soviet if he had this kind of low energy effort.
