If you remember the Panama Papers, Benjamin Wey's name was found in the documents. One arm of the FBI found Wey a criminal, but Melissa Hodgman let Wey off.
It all comes full circle in it was John Podesta and John McCain who dumped the Pissgate Dossier into the FBI, which Strzok weaponized as a political attack upon the American electorate, and it was Podesta's clients who were named in the Panama Papers, as was Beni Wey.
