DACA Don's Legal Immigration

Tremendous numbers of people to come in legally? The Swamp says yes.

From the desk of the Tiger Lily.

Most of you are going to ignore this, because you don't want to be told you are naked. You don't want the Truth. You want to read the Truth, reject it, sneer at "poor grammar/spelling/incoherence", direct your disgusting evil intentions and thoughts at the blog which causes more animals to die, and rack up that eternal debt to satan.
Just keep watching the girl, because that's what you do best.

I'm sure you remember last August when the Trump Administration was bragging about 1.1 million people off food stamps and over a million jobs created like there was a correlation between the two. Well, there wasn't.

thegatewaypundit.com/2017/08/maga-action-1-1-million-

Nothing has changed in that regard, even with another million jobs "created", because they're not hiring American. In November, "the national unemployment rate remained unchanged at 4.1 percent" from October... which means the same amount of people actively looking for work remained unemployed.

If you want the real unemployment numbers (or at least slightly more accurate numbers), they are here. See Table U-6, seasonally adjusted.

In September, the numbers on the total counted immigrant population from 2016 finally came out. It's easy to see how and why white people are currently on track to become the minority population of America by 2040. And as Lame Cherry said, most of Mexico's population is here already, which is why "non-Mexico Latin American" immigration grew while Mexican immigration did not. The following is what legal immigration looked like under Obama. It's getting even worse under Trump.

"The household survey includes demographic information on the foreign-born working population, and shows that from July 2015 to July 2016, the foreign-born labor force increased five times more than the American-born workforce.
More currently, in the last two months, immigrants have gained 647,000 jobs — a 2.6 percent increase — while Americans workers have lost 160,000, a 0.1 percent loss."

If you look at the yearly employment stats being blared by Gateway Pundit, you'll notice they are the exact same type of creative counting that was utilized by the Obama administration: no differentiation between native population and immigration population via Table 1 in the BLS yearly survey. I wonder why...

"The takeaway: the so-called jobs recovery has been propelled by cheap labor employees, some of whom have to work multiple jobs — and are counted multiple times in the payroll bureau report — to pay for basic household necessities."

So here's a snapshot of the Americans who aren't even counted in the labor force, from November 2016:

"The November jobs report looked pretty good on the surface except for one number that popped off the page: 95 million.

That's the number of Americans now counted as not in the labor force, a historic high that has confounded economists and policymakers. The total — 95.06 million to be more exact — has been rising consistently but surged by a gaudy 446,000 last month.

The jump occurred as the U.S. economy added 178,000 jobs and the headline unemployment rate dropped sharply."

There is a difference between November of 2016 and November of 2017: several hundred thousand MORE people are not counted in the labor force as of November 2017.

It is an employer's market. For those who are unfortunate enough to have been out of the labor force for a lengthy period of time, employers are less likely to hire them due to their lack of work history and risk of being "unreliable". In general, people become even more unemployable the longer they are out of the labor force, e.g. newly-divorced trophy wives with college degrees who previously quit work/gave up careers to raise the kids.

"This statistic shows the unadjusted number of full-time employees in the United States. In line with the definition of the BLS, full-time workers are persons who usually work 35 hours or more per week. These figures are not seasonally adjusted and reflect the actual number of full-time employees each month. In contrast, seasonal adjustment of employment figures is a technique used to attempt to remove regular seasonal fluctuations from data in order to allow for month to month comparisons. In November 2017, about 126.47 million people were employed on a full-time basis."

That would be a total of 126.47 million people in the United States workforce, a significantly lower amount than what Gateway Pundit claims. When someone's statistic is off by ~34 million, that's overestimating the official hard-numbers count by a LOT of people. So I'm really curious as to where Jim Hoft got his "over 160 million Americans" statistic, unless of course those people who are "working for the first time in US history" are, in fact, people who are not from here.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch...

"There is no annual limit on the number of H-2A workers that can be hired, and H-2A is the fastest-growing U.S. guestworker program, more than doubling over the past decade, with over 200,000 farm jobs certified in in 2017. The vast majority of H-2A workers are employed on crop farms, picking fruits and vegetables.

The House appropriations committee in charge of funding the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has now added a rider that would allow H-2A guestworkers to be employed in year-round jobs, thus drastically expanding the scope of this program. By allowing year-round employment, employers could seek to bring in guestworkers for jobs on dairy, livestock, and poultry and egg farms, as well as in nurseries and greenhouses and other non-seasonal agricultural occupations. Next week, the Senate appropriations committee is expected to consider its DHS appropriations bill. If this year-round rider becomes law, there would be a major change in immigration policy, converting the H-2A program from a safety valve for farmers who cannot find enough seasonal workers into a program admitting guestworkers to do year-round, permanent jobs. The H-2A program could radically change in purpose and size without ever being debated in either the House or Senate Judiciary Committees which are responsible for crafting immigration legislation."

And who suffers (besides Americans)? The livestock. Definitely keep importing them though, because we're getting their best. It's clearly what's best for corporate bottom lines (MCGA!) as inflation keeps financially raping the Forgotten Man every time they get even farther into debt so they can buy groceries for the family.

"No big deal," the burgerclapper brigade scoffs, "that's just one guestworker program." Wrong.

"Workers Who Are Exempt from the H-2B Cap

Generally, workers in the United States in H-2B status who extend their stay, change employers, or change the terms and conditions of employment will not be subject to the cap. Similarly, H-2B workers who have previously been counted against the cap in the same fiscal year that the proposed employment begins will not be subject to the cap if the employer names the workers on the petition and indicates that they have already been counted. The spouse and children of H-2B workers classified as H-4 nonimmigrants are also not counted against this cap.

Additionally, petitions for the following types of workers are exempt from the H-2B cap:

    Fish roe processors, fish roe technicians or supervisors of fish roe processing;
Workers performing labor or services in the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands or Guam from November 28, 2009, until December 31, 2019."

"That's fine," Trump sycophants mutter, desperately trying to convince themselves Mr. President isn't betraying them and their descendants wholesale, "Americans are just lazy. No one wants to pick tomatoes or milk cows these days." Well what about cushy government/research jobs? Or is that suddenly not okay because as a taxpayer you're directly writing out their paychecks and subsidizing educational/not-for-profit organizations? Remember, they're only "doing the jobs Americans won't do"!

"Premium processing will resume for petitions that may be exempt from the cap if the H-1B petitioner is:

* An institution of higher education;

* A nonprofit related to or affiliated with an institution of higher education; or

* A nonprofit research or governmental research organization."

And now, they've moved into healthcare. If a hospital identifies in any way with an educational or not-for-profit institution, both can hire as many foreign-borns as they please.

"The updated regulation seems to have stemmed from a specific type of affiliation in the cap-exempt H-1B context: that of a hospital with an institution of higher education. Previously, the process of evaluating such a relationship to determine whether cap exemption applied was ambiguous, and many college- or university-affiliated hospitals were denied cap-exempt status.

As of this year, when the regulation went into effect, more hospitals are likely to be deemed eligible for cap exemption. For one, the inclusion of the term “fundamental activity” in lieu of “primary purpose” in the fourth criterion above is broader, and nonprofits asserting affiliation with an institution of higher education are accordingly allowed to engage in more than one such activity, provided that at least one directly contributes to the college or university.
...
In response, USCIS has determined that, based on congressional intent, aliens who are not employed directly by qualifying institutions can be exempted from the H-1B cap, provided that the non-qualifying petitioner is able to show that the alien’s employment promotes the “fundamental activity” of the qualifying institution at which the aliens will be working.

More simply put, non-qualifying institutions can be exempted from the H-1B cap if they show that a connection exists between the work performed by the alien beneficiary and the work performed by the qualifying institution where the alien will work."

Don't worry, you'll be getting top-notch care from these cap-exempt foreigners. They're sending their best!

"[B]etween 210,000 and 440,000 patients each year who go to the hospital for care suffer some type of preventable harm that contributes to their death".

See, hospital malpractice mortality rates are practically nonexistent. It's only the third-leading cause of death in the United States. Definitely nothing to worry about. (I will be writing more in-depth on the issue of mass hiring of foreign-born and foreign-educated doctors in a later post.)

"Across the United States, hospital shootings are now a monthly occurrence. In the year leading up to Davidson’s murder, there were more than a dozen, claiming 15 lives, and the trend is clearly on the rise. Between 2000 and 2005, an average of nine hospital shootings occurred each year. Over the next five years, from 2006 to 2011, the average spiked to more than 16, resulting in 161 deaths, according to a recent article in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
...
In each shooting, the killer was driven to extremes by a perceived failure of the healthcare system—to sustain an ill mother, repair a damaged body part, or deliver a desired diagnosis. Each time, a doctor became the target of that discontent."

It gets better. They have now figured out more efficient ways to bilk Americans out of jobs by double-hiring foreigners.

"Hire:
H-1B candidates who have been counted against the H-1B cap in the last six years.

Why:
They are exempt from the H-1B cap and will not be counted a second time.
...
Regardless of the H-1B cap, USCIS will continue to process petitions to:

Extend the amount of time a current H-1B worker may remain in the United States.
Amend the terms of employment for current H-1B workers.
Allow current H-1B workers to change employers.
Allow current H-1B workers to work concurrently in a second H-1B position."

That's right. They're now available to take TWO American jobs instead of just one.

"On February 26, 2015, USCIS hosted a teleconference about new regulatory changes, effective May 26, 2015, that extended eligibility for employment authorization to certain H-4 dependent spouses of certain H-1B nonimmigrants who have already started the process of seeking employment-based lawful permanent resident status."
"Certain H-4 dependent spouses of H-1B nonimmigrants can file Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
...
H-1B nonimmigrants seeking employment-based lawful permanent residence may be eligible to work and remain in the United States beyond the six-year H-1B perido of admission limitation."

Yes, spouses, children, and all other "dependent relatives" of H-1B workers are also encouraged to seek employment, spouses after the "highly-skilled" workers jump through government hoops and qualify to stay, and children after going to college on the taxpayer dime, so that would be on average 1-3 additional American jobs being taken by foreigners.

The only reason there haven't been more than roughly 1 million legal immigrants per year is because of the ineptitude of the federal government. (Yeah, super ironic. Bureaucracy apparently works in the people's favor for once in their lives.) However, Trump already outlined his inclination towards streamlining the process to make it easier for legal immigrants to get in.

"Now, the Wall Street Journal basically says....'I don’t think you need illegal labor. I think you need legal labor. And I would make it much more — much easier to get legal people in here to do that work, if they want it.' Trump responded, 'I agree with that.'"

Candidate Trump said it more than once.

"He even suggested liberalizing the system to get more 'great people' to the U.S.

He said: 'I love legal immigration. I love it, i think it's great. My wife is a legal immigrant!

'She went through a whole long process, it's not easy. We should maybe make it easier and faster - which I think is fine - and we'll have great people come in.'"

"But," many attempt to argue, "there aren't that many legal immigrants coming in, and Trump is pushing the Cotton's RAISE Act. Legal immigration is going to be restricted." It doesn't matter how much the visa numbers are slashed if they STILL KEEP CAP-EXEMPTIONS FOR ALL THE AFOREMENTIONED, an issue not even addressed by the RAISE Act. The reason all the propaganda media outlets are raising hell about Cotton's Trojan horse is because it only cuts the number of relatives allowed in via chain-migration. If you're looking at the girl, you don't see the bait and switch conducted behind your back.

Lame Cherry told you multiple times that DACA Don was making them all legal, but you just didn't want to believe it, and you still don't. If Granny Panty Hannity doesn't blat it at you, then it obviously didn't happen.

To summarize: barring some kind of massive catastrophic event, they're never going back.

And now, we return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

Nuff said.

*Note from LC: Am  very proud of TL as I always am in this post, as this explains 2017 AD in the year of our Lord completely in what Mr. President, John Kelly, Mike Pence, Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell did in converting Obama criminals to Trump legals.
