Biest auf einer Wolke
As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.
The basis of all good cooking is roast beast. Those that cling to garlic and sauces are covering up rotted food and are missing the base of human nature in humans require flesh to be satisfied.
The following is a Lame Cherry creation in all it's simplicity in Biest auf einer Wolke, Beast on a Cloud.
This recipe requires a large roast, a 6 quart Presto pressure cooker, a bag of baby carrots, 1 onion diced, 2 teaspoons of thyme, a tablespoon of dried celery and 2 heaping tablespoons of beef bullion concentrate.
Not a great deal to this part in you slice the roast into steak thick pieces and brown them heavily in a pan, and cook it all in the Presto for 2 hours.
Once cooking is complete, you shred the beef with a fork. This is your beast soup.
For the cloud part you gain some very good french bread, and make garlic toast of it, about an inch and a half thick. One piece goes into the bottom of the bowl and one piece is for eating. A good herbed bread of sweet spices in rosemary, thyme and oregano would please also.
Lastly a you put the beast on it's pasture of bread, you add a large dollop of sour cream for the cloud.
This is a hearty and very pleasant soup for any time. It rivals the lightness of Borsch and nothing really compares to it, as it is MEAT soup, not things swimming around and getting in the way.
For desert, serve angel food cake, crushed strawberries with sugar and whipped cream. It accents all very well.
If I was drinking, I would prefer a concord based sweet wine.
That is Biest auf einer Wolke, Beast on a Cloud, as created by the Inspiration of God for the Lame Cherry. A 20 dollar roast will make a dozen meals in this so that is not bad for beef prices, in stretching things as peasants do very well so they do not starve to death.
Oh and when I receive the big donation, we are going bison shooting and making Quebec merry with this in elk hunting, deer hunting and other things to put these beasts on the cloud too.
With that, Nuff Said
