The FBI has made more than 600 arrests in connection with the January 6 attack, with hundreds more cases currently under investigation.
None of the participants in the January 6 attack have been charged with 'seditious conspiracy' as yet - with most facing allegations of obstruction of an official proceeding and civil disorder.
At least one other search warrant related to the attack has referenced 'seditious conspiracy,' but those charges have yet to be brought, according to Seamus Hughes of George Washington University's Program On Extremism, which has maintained a database of the hundreds of court cases brought in connection with the Capitol attack.
We are going to examine history from this point on as set into Constitutional Law by the Father of the United States Supreme Court in Chief Justice John Marshall. Marshall was appointed by President John Adams, who had just had his re election stolen from him, but the machinations, poison press and backdoor deals of Thomas Jefferson, who became President.
Thomas Jefferson had two main focuses. The first was to preserve the anarchy which installed him into the White House, and the second was to destroy his political rival in Vice President Aaron Burr. Two of Burr's associates were arrested in Dr. Justus Erich Bollman and Samuel Swartwout. The Senate suspended Habeas Corpus, which meant arrested people could he held forever without getting a trial, much like Patriot Act and the abuse of power by the Department of Justice on Jan6 charges against Americans.
It is what Justice Marshall wrote though that is the defining Constitutional Law which still stands.
"To conspire to levy war, and actually to levy war, are two distinct offenses. Conspiracy is not treason".
It is important for you to focus on the war reference the Chief Justice was focused upon, because in detail he wrote defining law on these men's cases.
"It is not the intention of this court to say that no individual can be guilty of this crime who has not appeared in arms against his country. On the contrary, if war be actually levied, that is, if a body of men be actually assembled for the purpose of effecting by force, a treasonable purpose, all those who perform any part, however minute or however remote from the scene of the action and who are actually leagued with a general conspiracy, are to be considered as traitors. But there must be an actual assembling of men for the treasonable purpose, to constitute a levying of war.
The crime of treason should not be extended by construction of doubtful cases".
No more damning indictment can be made against the United States Department of Justice and the FBI over their Jan6 activities.
If your wee minds require this to be rendered down to something you can fathom. John Marshall defined treason as a taking up of arms against the United States. John Marshall further defined what treason was in it was making war by a Citizen against the United States.
No one on Jan6 took up arms against the United States nor did they attempt to overthrow the government. They in fact were engaged in keeping the government which legally existed.
There have been references to sedition too. Sedition had absolutely no part on Jan6 with those Americans gathered there, for sedition is not a physical action, but it is a written action. The ruling is seditious libel, libel is in the press and this was the focus was the media in the Sedition Act.
So it should be clear with all the claims of domestic terrorism, treason and sedition, that no one was charged in the over 600 petty cases for these crimes, because the DOJ and FBI are aware of the definitions of thee above, and why they used those smearing terms in the press to provide cover for the misdemeanor cases which are not felonies punishable by death.
The Jan6 cases are but extensions of doubtful cases. No more glaring politicization, mirroring Thomas Jefferson is the recent arrest of a Michigan candidate who was leading the Republican field. The FBI arrested this man not because he did anything, but because he was the biggest political threat to the democratic governor of Michigan, Ms. Whitmer, to being reinstalled.
The legal facts are, that Jan6 was not a riot. It was not sedition. It was not treason. It was not domestic terrorism. What Jan 6 was and is. is a political framing and lynching of those in the status quo to intimidate and eliminate those who desire to have those Constitutional privileges afforded to them from a time when the government feared the public which was armed in the World War II generation, in why they got the GI Bill to bribe them to accept global socialism.
This will all ramp up again, as the "midterms" are coming and the smokescreen for that mass election theft is needed in these ridiculous Congressional hearings and new arrests of people who now seem to be currently or once employed by the FBI.
Being made to address this staged theater is repulsive as having to state obvious things even a child knows that it is wrong to assault and murder people.
None of what has been unleashed has a thing to do with the law or protecting America. It is about the feudal few staging events and framing people for one political group in power to subvert the rights of another group not in power.
Those realities must be recorded for future examination of this in the years ahead condemn the fraud which is taking place as a political weapon.
