The Subkiloton

According to a CIA report in 2000, released with extensive redactions in 2005, the Russians inherited from the defunct Soviet Union a “subkiloton nuclear warhead” enhanced for tailored radiation output and “minimal ecological consequences.”

This weapon, with a yield of about a third of a kiloton, was the result of tests “conducted in the early 1980s to simulate the effects of a US neutron bomb.” The Russians no longer had the overwhelming conventional force advantage that the Soviets did. Their vulnerability was now akin to that of NATO in the 1970s.

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

If one studies the assessments of the infamous Rand Corporation, there is always interesting stimulus for their noted minds such as Sam Cohen and yet others like Bernie Sanders supporter, John Meirsheimer who predicted the liberation of Ukraine and has joined other noted minds that Ukraine is about to be flattened by Russia, due to bungled American NATO mismanagement of the Slavic fodder, one begins to postulate scenarios of anticipating what an adversary might develop.

At heart, I am a librarian. I keep the books at memory alpha. When not following the vocation the Lord has destined me to fulfill, the Lame Cherry is a tactical officer. I have mentioned previously that I am a tactician. You though would not comprehend the meaning of the vocation.

You can quote me on this:

Thee only way to defeat an adversary of the United States is to neutralize all possibilities in how that adversary would defeat the United States.

- Lame Cherry

As the Republican form of the United States no longer is. That assessment is not a projection which is a variable or a positive in protecting the American Virgin.

The exercise is simple. You are a General for Vladimir Putin, and he orders you to come up with a strategy to defeat the United States so that Russia will not be annihilated. Someone like John Meirsheimer has come to the conclusion that Russia has won in Ukraine and that the United States is scared. This blog projected that same conclusion.

So your Russian General's head is on the block, but you are a student of Alexander Dugin, so you are well informed. You begin looking at this in two parts as you know any conflict will escalate to nuclear and you know that the Americans and British made war against the civilians of Germany and Japan.

You think on this in American terms. You look at this in who would be Russia's enemies in America and who would be more willing to make peace. This election map would be a strategic assessment in who Russia would focus on in who would be backing a federal policy to attack Russia.

As one can assess, America has concentrated Blue hatred. If one removes the Indian communist reservations,  the Blue hatred narrows to the Metro City State Dictatorships.

Now to change the focal point. Did you know that with all this Nuclear Winter nonsense that an American figured out how to make nuclear war which was clean, in limited nuclear fallout. Limited damage and no nuclear winter. The inventor of this warfare was Sam Cohen. It was his invention of the Neutron Bomb. The Pentagon did not want as there is no money in just killing people, as the bankers want to rebuild nations as that is where the money is made, after you make the survivors slaves to working in your new socialist enterprises.

Here is the Neutron bomb.

Its blast and heat effects would be confined to an area of only a few hundred metres in radius, but within a somewhat larger radius of 1,000–2,000 metres the fusion reaction would throw off a powerful wave of neutron and gamma radiation. High-energy neutrons, though short-lived, could penetrate armour or several metres of earth and would be extremely destructive to living tissue.

Did you focus on the part that the radiation this device produces penetrates through anything?  The radiation is like a microwave, it cooks people quickly.

The Russians have a number of inventions such as a baseball size nuclear bomb in the subkiloton class. If you noticed their radiation bomb was like a neutron in being highly radioactive, but it was not a neutron. A neutron is a hydrogen type bomb, but it appears the Russians have a non hydrogen bomb.

What if Russia had their version of neutron bombs, the size of baseballs, and with the continuous open borders, just how many baseballs could a Russian fit into a Cosco container

The Russian General is looking at a finite number of nuclear and civilian targets. Here is a simple breakdown.

Feb 22, 2022 ... There are 1.242 miles and 2 kilometers in 2000 meters.

So a baseball every mile. A bright mind like Sam Cohen could grid it all out on a slide rule.

What the General would tell his leader is that cooked people do not launch missiles at Russia. Cooked people do not install dictators who order missiles fired at Russia.

There is something which has scared the American Pentagon in their wokeness in their incorrect policy against Russia.

Jun 16, 2022 ... But western experts say that for all the effort Russia puts into it, the number of illegals in operation at any one time is estimated at between ...

Mar 6, 2018 ... The end of the Cold War actually made it easier for Russia to place illegals inside the UK and US.

Every Russian mission is full of intelligence operatives. The estimate is that 1000 Russian agents are working in America. That is 20 per state. How many deliveries could you make in a day? FedEx makes lots of them over several hundred miles.

Russia devised an in depth plan concerning Ukraine. It was prepared for each facet of it. So prepared it has the American police state now scared. Russia has had almost a year of operations to do just about everything it would choose to secure a decisive blow inside America by planting devices inside the United States.

Turn this around, in if you were going to make war on Russia, would you not have been up to something to make sure Russia got hit and stayed down, so you were not retaliated against?

Everyone focuses on the big warheads. That is America at it's worst. Russia has shown a propensity for a small signature in Ukraine and Syria. Is it not reasonable to explore that maybe Russia is working on the subkiloton munitions it inherited from the Soviet Union, while Russia uses the big stuff as a diversion?

The Soviet Union had such weapons in the Cold War, planted all across the West.

Why would Russia not implement the same strategy as Mr. Putin is a former KGB officer who was part of this entire doomsday scenario.
