Added to this, the Slavic states rich in fresh water would in aquaduct supply the thirsty and impoverished Middle Eastern allies of America. This "100 acres and a mule" for Muslims would provide for them small farms to profit them and turn them into peaceful farmers instead of terrorists.
The same situation can be mass created in India with a sister nation of Indonesia's billion people to offset Maoist China and develop a mass market for US high technology.
Coupled with the development of the river gorge systems of Pakistan and Afghanistan providing hydro electric power to south Asia and one starts to see a new regional balance of clean trade which US finance would manage for profit.
In the American sphere, Mexico would undergo the same American transformation and couple with Latin American nations to progress them in the next decade to second world status, progressing to first world.
For the next generational advancement, Africans would be tutored in the marketing of their raw resources and the ownership of land so those peoples would advance from 4th world to 3rd world status, for the 2030 period when African and South American impoverished states would then join with the north African and Latin American states in progression.
By this time, North Korea would see with China the prosperity which was possible through economic gains instead of missiles to gain for Japan another satellite trading partner, once again developing the southeast Asian sphere to financial advancement.
In this, there would not be any American bubbles, as the bubbles would transfer to other spheres and those spheres could be managed in cycles from Salvic second world, to first world status, with American technology once again by this point advancing the world to solar exploration and exploitation of worlds with no need of "green policy" as dead worlds are dead already.
The incorrect policy has been to ignore the American market of consumers and for robber baron companies to build horrid appliances and vehicles designed to break and not be repaired easily all for the profit structure which only impoverishes the United States Citizen.
Doctrine 17 rectifies this and if belligerent nations agree to support the United States, then they too will have spheres of prosperity as Russia and China with ethnic populations are capable of organizing their own bubbles and joining with Slavs, Koreans and Indonesians.
That is the solution by God's Grace and if there were Americans in charge of the United States government and industry, none of this leftist globalism would be ruining the world structure as has currently been the case.
