This one is for the United States, the Western European Israelites and the Christ deniers of Judah.
It seems strange with hurricanes all around that people still never ponder why the oceans never cover the land, and the seashore is always a barrier which returns. God makes note of this in His perpetual power and constancy of His Word, that what He declares never deviates from it's place.
God never declared such a thing for humans, as they have free will, and in their will, they are in a perpetual lie of degrading themselves and then uttering confessions of how perfect they are.
From the rain in season, to the necessary time of dryness at harvest, those are perpetual examples of God enriching a nation by constant conditions. The West is a perpetual turmoil by the anti Christ upheaval, processing a genocide against the western peoples from within.
Verse 26 notes the wicked men who lay traps for others to destroy them. Nothing has changed as Americans have a front row seat in corruption of the powerful elite who framed their current President, and the current President in order to protect himself is with a wicked lot too leveraging him to do their bidding.

Chapter 5:
21 Hear now this, O foolish people, and without understanding; which have eyes, and see not; which have ears, and hear not:
22 Fear ye not me? saith the LORD: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it?
23 But this people hath a revolting and a rebellious heart; they are revolted and gone.
24 Neither say they in their heart, Let us now fear the LORD our God, that giveth rain, both the former and the latter, in his season: he reserveth unto us the appointed weeks of the harvest.
25 Your iniquities have turned away these things, and your sins have withholden good things from you.
26 For among my people are found wicked men: they lay wait, as he that setteth snares; they set a trap, they catch men.
27 As a cage is full of birds, so are their houses full of deceit: therefore they are become great, and waxen rich.
28 They are waxen fat, they shine: yea, they overpass the deeds of the wicked: they judge not the cause, the cause of the fatherless, yet they prosper; and the right of the needy do they not judge.
29 Shall I not visit for these things? saith the LORD: shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?
30 A wonderful and horrible thing is committed in the land;
31 The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means; and my people love to have it so: and what will ye do in the end thereof?
The very things of providing an environment for the poor to not go into debt, but to be rewarded for their hard work is gone. It is all usury and debt, cradle to grave for the conglomerates in control.
It is in that the Lord asks if He should not visit the wicked people. Visit means to effect Judgment after sentencing. If you notice in verse 29, the nation He is avenging himself on is Jacob and Judah, those are the 13 tribes of Israel.
There is not any direction in these people's nations from the clergy. The constant deception out of the pulpits is the promotion of all things contrary to God, and all of these nations simply lust for more of this license to indulge in.
An end is coming, that is what God says. There is not any way this corrupt system of the West can continue on, as it is rotten within and crumbled from without, and the reason is the abandonment of God.
America and the West are existing under the curses of God's Promise for abandoning Him. There is not going to be any revival as the people are so Lot sullied up, that it is impossible for them to be cleansed, and the fact is they are the held in bondage of the police state which protects all of this corruption, so any changing of the system, only brings a new name to the system of corruption as every English to American to Scandinavian can attest. They vote for relief and gain the same genocide of their lands.
That is the lesson in this, Judgment has been made and the execution of the sentence is coming.
