Law enFORCEment

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

Once again, another police officer has been murdered in the United States and once again the people on the right rally around the police state and once again the people on the left could care less. This blog in what it is about to post should have a million hits on this article due to the realities and the solutions which necessarily should be implemented, but it will not just as no rich people donate, as no one desires to save the lives of police officers.

The first reality which needs to be stated is Matthew Rittner of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Police was NOT a police officer.

He was instead part of the SWAT network of federally trained police state enforcers. I in not any way am degrading Mr. Rittner, but a Tactical Unit is not a Sheriff or Police Officer. These are people who are trained to enforce the law with the emphasis on the enFORCEment.
Stay with me on this beyond your reptile brain reactions as I am going to take you into forensic psychology to explain this in order to save people's lives as it is evident that the system is broken and the training is broken in a broken America, and those that created it, did this deliberately to produce this conflicting result which we are forced to deal with constantly.

This is there emblem, and it has nothing to do with protecting the public nor keeping the peace. This is batons to beat people into submission and riot shotguns, loaded with buckshot to slaughter them, protected by metal armor.  That is what is being projected inside of these units and to the public.

BLUE LIVES MATTER: Twice-Deployed US Marine Vet, Wisconsin Police Officer Shot and Killed While Serving a Warrant

This is a photo of the tactical unit which Mr. Rittner was a team member of. This is not Andy Griffith in Mayberry or any police officer in a patrol car. This is military.

Now project this out, like Roger Stone, and a group of these enforcement agents break down your door, yelling loudly, black SUV's all over the place, perhaps a helo thumping overhead, is your reaction going to be calm or panic?

This picture is meant to intimidate the public and innocent or guilty the public is going to react in reptile brain reactions, instead of calm reasoned thought.

Now examine this quote in what Mr .Rittner, who is a military trained combat Soldier had just engaged in. This group had just broken into a house. That action will alarm anyone. That house was suspected of drug and firearms activity. That translates to an individual or individuals who are drugged, already on edge, prone to violence and not reasonable in having dealt with the police before.
Their very occupation is a resistance to the system. This is why a military armed unit was on the scene as it was judged a dangerous situation.

Rittner was a part of the police force’s Tactical Enforcement Unit. The unit had just made entry into a home suspected of narcotics and firearms activity. A suspect then opened fire using a rifle.

With that reality of a known dangerous situation, we are dealing with what the military understands as the most dangerous of warfare in URBAN WARFARE, which is taking place in the United States constantly. When you have people who are cut out of the American Dream, are taught aggression to survive in a criminal community, which is at the top protected by bankers and politicians who take their 2 million dollars off every drug street corner and launder it through Wall Street and franchise store fronts, and then add trained combatants to be more aggressive in dealing with these people, the end result is criminals slaughtered and those in uniform murdered.

The fact is this armed dope dealer did not murder Matthew Rittner. Matthew Rittner was murdered by a system designed to create aggression in those in uniform to intimidate the public, so the public does not start challenging the political socio conglomerate authorities who prey on the public.
I am not going to engage in psycho babble of "Don't convict me. Convict the system",  but every one of us who is exposed to police who are on edge every day, is in jeopardy as are the police.

I will give you an example from my Aunt. She has an old friend who lives in the country. Dogs from town were chasing wildlife and he phoned up to complain about the situation as she had complained. A deputy appeared and what transpired next was this old man was roughed up, so he had to go to the doctor as the deputy slammed him to the ground and cuffed him. The deputy triggered by an old guy who was complaining and the deputy thought the dogs were the old guys.

Once again, there is far too much of this in the United States.

The very same people who lament the dead Matthew Rittner are the same people decrying Robert Mueller's thug tactics which we all have observed from Paul Manafort to Roger Stone. What was once a rare use of specialized law enforcement is now a Homeland funding enforcement state with military equipment and training. All of it centers on Mosaad IDF methods in the state of Israel in dealing with Philistine terrorists. This has been standardized training for a generation and it is not working as the enforcement state has been taught to view Americans as terrorists.

Allow me to provide a different scenario to the above death of this officer.

When David Koresch and the Branch Davidians were targeted to be made an example by the BATF for the Clinton regime, David Koresch could have been arrested by the Sheriff any day, as he was often in town. Instead this event was deemed to be a publicity stunt in order to intimidate Rush Limbaugh listeners to silence. The same situation appeared with the Bundy's over Clinton Uranium One deals in Oregon which had the enforcement state murder LaVoy Finnicum, an unarmed citizen, who was on his way to meet with the elected Sheriff of the county.

The same situation took place in Wisconsin. Tactical Units gain federal funding. In order to keep that funding, they must be utilized, and that means being sent out on high profile shake and bake raids. The raids are meant to send a message throughout the community, law abiding and not.

Now progress this to a reality of would it have been better to park a police van outside of that residence, isolated it with no way of escape, establish contact and inform the person, "You are locked in. You will be arrested no matter how long this takes. The best solution is we can provide you an attorney or you can phone your attorney, whereby you will be taken into custody and booked, as resistance will increase the charges and cooperation will assist you in the courts".

Present a low emotional statement to an armed person, define they are already in prison, that it is futile to continue and the protective solution is their attorney and people will give up. The percentages are about 10% in this for suicide, but would be zero for any law enforcement being murdered.

This is what President Trump in his reforms should be insisting on, in CONTAINMENT by police and not enFORCEment by a military intelligence group. A trained forensic psychologist backed by numbers of officers securing the location would end the majority of these police officer deaths.

The lesson is from a John Wayne movie in the Sons of Katie Elder. In that movie the local deputy was all hell for leather in arresting John Wayne and his brothers. Paul Fix played the Sheriff and told the hot shot, "Look you are going about this all wrong. Go out there humble. Don't act like you are enjoying it."
That is the lesson in this, in just because the People have afforded police this kind of authority, does not mean they have a scorched earth mauling of every situation to intimidate the entire community. It should be 1% in the use of force and 99% in the utilization of containment.

None of this will happen like donations from the wealthy, because the system is designed to intimidate the public and get people in uniform murdered so the police and the public are pitted against each other.

The Lame Cherry calls upon President Trump to reform American law enforcement. All police officers should wear navy blue. All Sheriff departments should wear khaki. All law enforcement must return to black and white cruisers and stop this stealth stalking of the public.
The Highway Patrols which prey on citizens on the interstate systems should all be abolished in no more state police.

Instead if local law enforcement requires more help than containment, that is what the US Marshal service should be deployed for in specialized units to employ non lethal methods of apprehending people of interest. In a world of robotics and tasers, with tear gas, that is the answer to home invasions, which would make Matthew Rittner the last person in civilian uniform murdered in enforcing the law.

The police have the ultimate responsibility in this. I witnessed a loud mouth Highway Patrol talking loud, sitting in the way, as his two associates who did not like him, huddled on the other side of the table. Just because you have a badge and the state backing you, does not mean people on the edge are not going to put you in the grave when you impose yourself onto a situation like a person's home or vehicle. There is a big difference between approaching someone with authority and not an authoritarian.

The President needs to have the entire psychological profile testing of police officers federal and local revised as the officers and agents being turned out, have too high of a margin of inflicting damage or going rogue in breaking the law. Americans in reality police themselves quite well. Americans need to be protected from intimidation by those in uniform and they will then respond as they always have in supporting law enforcement established to PROTECT AND SERVE that public.

This will fix the problem which is always before us. The people who interviewed me from Homeland were superb in being professional, accomplished in forensic psychology and completed it all without setting off reptile brain responses.
I was respectful, honest, cooperative and complied as that was their job and mine was to assist them in that job.

Nothing will change any of this though as those who have the money and power put police out there to intimidate the public and have a multitude of people in uniform who trigger to enFORCEment. I will keep advocating for the police though, for the citizens and the criminals, because all three groups are being needlessly triggered and that is causing the majority of these problems.
