Joseph Mifsud is an interesting asset. He worked for MI6, yet was in Italy, working with Italian Intelligence and housed by them after he was exposed.

In the Halper Mifsud spheres, to shatter the American political system of Nationalism, fracture the American Russian alliance, in order to place the Anglo Dutch alliance, in the foiling of America to fight a war of scorched earth with Russia in the Slavic and Central European states.
It is concluded that those behind this were two fold. One in the United States of leftist leanings and one in Europe of monarchical trends. The main focus was the "stop Hillary Clinton" or the extension of Obama fostering a European global order
What measures Devin Nunes is engaged in, is designed to neutralize the Obama International which had disrupted the established order of black market trade and control of the global stock and commodity trade.
